This was my first order with them and it wasn't a good experience. After placing my order I received an email with my password but not a confirmation email of my order. I waited a few days, nothing happened so I phoned them up to be told my order was probably on its way and that I would get my confirmation email. Again, this didn't arrive. So after yet another couple of days I phone them again to be told exactly the same again, order was shipped and he would send my the confirmation email but this email still didn't arrive so I mistrusted this company by this point and thought I would never see my order arrive. But after well over a week of placing my order I did finally get an email so tell me that my order had been shipped and the goods did arrive in good order. Shame it was a worrying time in-between though.

Ordered dawn to dust lights at £43 each was sent th wrong lights to start they were not very helpful but once they realised they had send lights that were £23 each they said I could return them I had to ring them again because it wasn't my fault so why should I pay so they sent a free post label let's see how quick they send out the replacements keep you up to date

George was helpful with making sure the items I ordered were correct. However it was unclear that straight connectors were included with the order. They were too narrow to take the aluminium channel and I so not useful!The corner connectors, though ordered, never came even when reordered. The lighting strip was faulty and it took 2 weeks for the replacement to arrive, after prompting. The final system looks lovely, installation straightforward, once I had been sent a diagram for wiring it up!

I will have to defer with the silly word happy at this time as they have not been installed yet. Once they are and feedback is required the feedback will fall in to a category of acceptable and/or could be better.....will let you know ok

First the good: Product was great and exactly what I wanted, good value for money Then the not so great: Although I paid for next day delivery 2.99, it was unclear that it did not include certain days. So I waited longer than planned. Even when outside of the days they do not deliver I still did not get the next day service. they told me as it was a special order item they would need an extra day. I accepted that and asked them for a refund on my next day delivery service. @ weeks now and now refund on that.

Well LED lightning is convenient as B& Q can only offer a limited amount of LEDs On the down side I bought my dimmer switches from LED as I needed them to be compatible with the LED bulbs I purchased earlier in the day. There not flush and stick out of the wall.

IP44 Outdoor Wall Lantern With Dusk Dawn Sensor: The electronics (photocell switch) of the wall lantern performs very well, controlling the wall lantern and another porch light. Although the wall lantern is made of plastic and glass, it has an ok appearance from a few meters away. The plastic pattress box that mounts to the wall is very crowded for 2 cables (2x4C) and the screw terminal block. Attaching the wall lamp to the pattress box was very fiddly because the back fed screws do not fit snug in the wall mount pattress box and slide back a few mm, allowing the screws to spin when trying to tighten the dress nuts from the front. The design can be improved if the 2 screws and dress nuts that mount the wall lantern to the wall pattress were replaced with front mounting screws.

The quality of the items supplied was excellent. What was not very good was the manner in which I was fobbed off by various customer service people when I was trying to find out when my order would be delivered. I ordered the items in December 2016 and did not get my delivery until March. When I ordered the items there was no indication that they were out of stock and that I would have to wait so long.

The bulbs I received are a great product. The problem was that delivery took 7 weeks. I did contact them after waiting for a couple of weeks and was told the bulbs were out of stock. However, the website showed "in stock". I then had to call again when the bulbs did not appear on the date I was told. To be fair, they did refund the P&P and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and apologetic, but the length of time to get a couple of bulbs would make me think twice before ordering from here again.

I had to chase up when I might expect to receive my order because I didn't receive a confirmation email to say that my order had been received or despatched. Because it was the first time I had used this website, it made me a little nervous. However, my order did eventually arrive after I chased it up.

OK, so a few of the bulbs (3) in the order (57 items) where the wrong colour "warm white" instead of the "cool white" that was ordered. A couple of the bulbs where not working and we had to get them replaced. All of this was easy to do and happened in a couple of days, with the replacements (you have top pay for the return postage yourself, btw ...) tuning up after a few days. However, we were only shipped about half the entire order the remaining items were not shipped (even though the website clearly said they has a quantity "in stock" at the time of ordering.) We we're told this, they company took all the money upfront and then scribbled a hand written line on the delivery notice in the box saying we had to wait for the rest of the order to "come in" before it could be shipped out to us. Now, In our case getting those 26 outstanding bulbs took just under six weeks. I had to chase constantly for updates, often being told "they will be shipped to you by the end of the week" - only to go through the same process the next week and the next week and next. Contact by email or telephone really makes no difference to the outcome, and you are never told that they won't be shipping - the end of the week just comes and goes and nothing arrives. The bulbs themselves are great, high quality product, the communication from WLED not the best, if you don't chase, you don't hear, anything about your order not being shipped as promised / written. The company is obviously beholden to its suppliers for the bulbs and can't ship what it does not have in stock, but they could at least make some attempt at keeping you informed when things are not going as planned.... They really should also only take the money when the good are being shipped out to you, not before they buy them from whoever their suppliers are. I should have saved a lot of hassle and gone direct to the producers of the bulbs. A great Product, Poor levels of customer communication and contact. slightly annoyed that they took all the money up front then gave a slightly less than average service.

Ordered 5 led down lighters which arrived, ordered another to matc but this was slightly different, shame really. Paid for 24 hour delivery service which took 7-10 days, so Average is being over generous!

I have marked average to encompass the overall service. The products are good, the goods delivered however were incorrect and zero guidance is provided on how to interface with the company. I received a response to my e mail requesting photographs to prove the order was incorrect, but did not receive a return response when I provided the evidence. I chased this up after 3 days and eventually received a returns note. One week has passed since I returned the items and I have not received a response regarding receipt / exchange after 7 days. We will see how this plays out!!! In the meantime candles could be the way ahead. If this was a school report it would read - "Good at times, but could try harder and has the capacity to do better"
