“WLed are very good at supplying Led lights but in my experience if you have an issue it can be frustrating to get a credit. I did receive an email explaining their returns procedure but felt they could have been more sympathetic.”

“Extremely inconsistent customer service. Some of them do not know the products or services offered. There is a lack of clarity on the website about in stock items which may involve many days delay to your order. Reasonable quality (not amazing) led strip. Unfortunately there 7.2w /m only does 30 led /m rather than its competitors that choose 60/m and hence you get blobby strip behind diffuser not an even band of light as the greater number of leds provides.”

“Good wed site-easy to navigate. Items ordered delivered quickly but incomplete, took three phone calls before missing items arrived. My telephone calls were answered promptly and politely, the order is now complete. I will order again.”

“Bought some LED outdoor lights and loved them, so bought another set and was disappointed at slow delivery [7 days after payment]. Frustrating as it held my project up. Have had this before with Wholesale LED and service matters!”

“Easy to navigate site. Light didn't turn up on time, phoned after a week and was told just come into stock and would be dispatched. waited over a week and still no luck so phoned again and was told I had them, then when I persisted records were checked and couldn't decide what was going on so said they would phone back. Have answer machine so couldn't miss call and no call came. A week later phoned again [third time] and got a guy that seemed very switched on and said he would deal with it immediately and appologised for the non returned call. Less than an hour later got royal mail tracking number and light turned up next day. Would I use again, mmmm, not sure but I do like the light.”

“I've ordered a lot lamps from you without any hassle, however, this time I ordered 6x 3.3w GU10s to go into a room which was already using the 3.3w. Without asking me, I was sent 7w cobs. When I called up to ask I was told the 3.3w was redundant and out of stock. Someone should have called me to explain this before they sent the 7w which doesn't go with my current 3.3w.”

“The service I received was adequate. I did not tracking advice, information on the carrier. Packaging left a lot to desired, I was lucky that damage occurred to my order.”

“Having placed an order for what I believed was a quantity of 2 LED strips (by entering 2 in the quantity box), I received only one but with the length of two. I emailed with my query explaining I had only received one and the response I got was that because I stated I'd 'cut it myself' the 2 = length of two, not 2 separate items. The website is VERY unclear on this. It was a bit of a struggle to get them to understand this, but luckily I had authorised the Google Shop help for this purchase and was able to open it through there. As requested, I then as a good will gesture got the second length. I would recommend that your website is made MUCH clearer in regards to quantity. But in the end customer service did pull through, so thank you very much.”

“The light fitting itself is the usual slim fitting with connection lead and transformer,the cover of the transformer was removed from the body and was exposing the components which is potentially a very dangerous situation and needs addressing may be a contravention of the BS standards??. The lights when powered are disappointingly lacking in lumens and not as expected. Another point that should be mentioned is the cut out size is of 105 mm which is a very difficult size of hole saw to find so be warned.”

“Having ordered led lights on line on a Monday at approx 4,30 pm and paying for 24 hour delivery I would have expected lights to arrive on Wednesday at latest ! Having spoken to customer services on Wednesday I was told they were special order and I would get them on Thursday , think this needs looking at otherwise all good”

“Double socket with USB was not in origional wrapping, had a brass terminal screw missing from back and did not come with a pair of socket screws.”

“Ordered strip lights on web site with promised next day delivery. Didnt get them for 3 weeks. I was told this was an issue with quality. Finally got the lights, and I have to say I am very pleased with them. I have now replaced a number of tired fluorescents in my Kitchen. I will use again but will extract a real delivery date next time.”
