“Pricey but worthwhile”

“Look good, however it seems that these bulbs ' strobe' quite badly I noticed when my daughter moved her arm quickly and it resulted in a jittery movement. Once you notice it, it is an effect you can't ignore. Also with my dimmer you really only get 2 brightness settings dim and full on. Maybe my switch, but not gradual like incandescent bulbs. Perhaps insufficient wattage for my switch to handle.”

“Needed this to replace a 15W small bayonet incandescent in a 1930s style side lamp. Unfortunately it's too bright and icy for the purpose. Nothing wrong with the bulb itself - it's just not fit for my particular purpose.”

“Unfortunately the bulb does not meet my expectations. A bit too low light output and not warm enough. Good build quality and size for small lamps. I will have to do a bit more research into getting the right bulb.”

“Mirrorstone B22 BC 60 SMD, 3W (Ball)- Warm white light bulb. It's light output was lower than expected. No different to a 40 watt bulb. Colour temperature was cooler than expected too. Does not meet my needs.”

“Others may not find these bright enough for applications like a kitchen, where I have used them to replace halogen G9s, and am only 60% happy with the result.”

“I am now able to give you a review on the supply of my lamp that was ordered on the 25th November and delivered today the 16th December. It would of been useful if you had informed me that there would be a delay as soon as I had placed the order not weeks later. R Thomas”

“The products were great and exactly what I ordered. I would have given you 5 stars but what I ordered online was out of stock and I wasn't told of the situation. I had to phone after a week to find out why my order hadn't been shipped; I had to wait a further week beyond the newly-promised date for delivery.”

“Ordered goods and paid extra for 48 hr delivery still waiting for goods NOT HAPPY Goods arrived on 24th ordered on 17th. That withstanding the LEDs all work and the motorhome is much brighter, if you don't mind waiting use this company just don't pay for express delivery.”

Unfortunately, there has been a despatch issue which means that I have not yet received the product so I am not able to comment on it, however, the company have been very proactive in keeping me informed of the situation and I hope to receive my product very soon.”

“The call taking was informative. seemed to know what he was talking about and was very helpful. This is why I went with them. what wasn't helpful is: When product arrived, there were no instructions on wiring (had to call up) No battery in remote! I wired up to test the lights. no power. The nearest shop that would sell that type of battery is over 15 miles away which would mean a 30 mile round trip for me. I have to buy online and wait a few days. I am glad I didn't shelve out for a speedy delivery. I couldn't get the free gift (a wifi plug) to work. I was told that I could extend the warranty on the lights from 2 to 5 years. there was no information with deliver. As the lights are going to be beneath glass and difficult to get to, this was quite important to me.”

“Cons: LED strips are charged for by the metre, but if you request for the strip to be cut to a specific length, the left over strip is not delivered unless you specifically request it during order stage. When I raised a request to manager for left over strip after receiving the delivery, he refused to provide it. Pros: Customer service was very helpful during order submission stage. Delivery was on time (I had paid for next day), products are good value.”
