When ordering I had expected 72 hour delivery. After one week my order status was still just showing "processing". On making contact (via the chat line) I learned that the item had not yet been received by WLED. Eventually I received the item 10 days after ordering. This service is 'OK' but my experience would have been enhanced if you had proactively told me that there was a delay.

Fine looking bulbs, shame about the packaging. I think a Jiffy bath is not sufficient protection for candle bulbs in their own wrapping.

I got an email promising a weekend discount which did not happen when I ordered which was disappointing. I also ordered the wrong bases on the lamps which was my fault but a sad mistake.

Delivery was quick--no issues. There is no instruction book--i.e. how to set up sensor etc.? How to override sensor to switch light on? There are no wall fixings--- rawl bolts or similar? Am awaiting improvement in weather to install the lights so cannot comment on actual illumination.

I responded to an email promising 20% off the items that I wanted and this was also offered on the website. When I ordered online, there was no option to claim the 20% discount and I was charged full price.

Well, I had high hopes for this bulb but it turned out to be an inappropriate purchase for my room. I was using 2 x3 bulbs in two different top light fittings in two parts of the same room. Sadly the lumens are not sufficient and the room now looks very gloomy and sad (bit like a comedy goth house). The light is very nice and soft (much nicer than with other LED type bulbs), but it is just too low. I am going to have to replace the set. I am sure if I had looked at all the details I could probably have worked this out, but I just never considered that 6 dimmable bulbs would be insufficient to the task when up full.

The shop + delivery were excellent. I am a bit disappointed with the power of the bulbs, but maybe that is just me. They don't feel like 70-80 watts of the old incandescent. I had been freaked out about videos online showing the massive dangers in illegitimate bulbs, but these bulbs look clearly OK. So the fear of electrocution were put to rest by the helpful employees. Certainly, LEDs are the way forward....I look forward to the brighter LEDs becoming cheaper

Staff very helpful but had a problem with delivery! I paid for next day delivery on fri 13th of March and they did not come until Thursday 19th of March because apparently there was a delay from there supplier! Whatever the problem they had at there side should t affect my promise and this delayed my electrician to work on my kitchen and no refund? Poor after service :(

I've just ordered 3 more of these. I hope they are more reliable than previous batches, because the reliability is nowhere near stated. I have had a total of 5 failures in 1 year, so it is good that these were replaced. I note that the writing on the bulb is different, so perhaps it is a different manufacturer with better quality controls. This is why I only currently give an average rating.

received item today @11.00am item ok but have now found somebody a third of price after placing my order with you ,ordered same day cost £10.99 inc postage also included control box/remote/power supply your price is very much over priced I can not see me using you again not happy copy of cheaper price can be supplied Andy Adams

Website not over clear when wanting to pay. I put a purchase order number in, which I need to do for finances our end, AND payment details. When I originally rung two weeks after placing order I was told stock was just in and would be shipped that day. When not received one week later rung again to be told that I hadn't paid! I explained everything and then got informed that because I put in purchase order number that payment wasn't taken! Was surprized and annoyed that this hadn't been explained to me on my original call. Disappointed with packaging as considering it is seven LED bulbs totally nearly £60 that they only came in a padded envelope!

Hi In response to your request for feedback the only issue I found was that I did not get an acknowledgement of my order and a possible dispatch date. I was emailed when it was dispatched though The downlight has now arrived and I am more than satisfied with product Regards Dave Cantle

Poor delivery time. After waiting one week and two emails later I received a reply saying my item was being dispatched. Thom apologised for the delay and gave me a 15% discount. I would've been happy if they had informed me of the reason for delay. I've had no problems with delivery before, but it has still made me think twice about using the company again.

Good product, quick despatch. However, it would have been helpful if someone had bothered to email me the information that what I wanted was out of stock. I rang after waiting for 3 weeks, and was told that "they will be in next Tuesday". The products arrived the following Friday, so I can't fault them on that. I will use the supplier again as they seem to have items not available elsewhere, at sensible prices.

The communication can be improved. I had ordered some led bulbs and paid for it on line. I got a email about the details of the purchase but information of the posting and delivery of products was not given. If this is also included in the email then it will be very useful. thank you

Very poor delivery order has still not arrived. Order arrived today about two weeks to deliver product . Product very good shame about delivery

So, so, I don't recall getting emailed order confirmation and the item in question was actually out of stock which your site did not show, this niggled me as I paid extra for next day delivery which is utterly pointless on an out of stock item ! Having heard nothing I phoned your company on Tuesday morning and the guy on the other end of the phone was helpful although the information he hand to hand was poor, he had to put me on hold to answer some pretty basic questions about lead times. Thankfully he told me the item was due in later on Tuesday and there was a good chance it would be with me on Wednesday which it was. So as I stated at the begining, a so so experience. I think you should invest in better back office systems and detail on your web site whether an item is in or out of stock
