Delivery was on time. But no screws for bracket fixing to the wall. No screws to fix lamp to the bracket.

I visited the shop personally and purchased floodlight. The person who dealt with me was Tom. He was very help. Unfortunately, you were out of stock so one was posted and arrived promptly. Unfortunately, there were no fitting instructions. I fitted the lamp but struggling with settings for optimal function. I contacted the shop and requested instructions to be e-mailed or posted. I have yet to receive this. Without the optimal setting I am unable to fully evaluate the product. I appreciate if could kindly forward me instructions to optimise setting. Natu Mistry

N. I received my bulbs this morning, I like the shape and the brightness of them and the fact that they are only 3watt BC 60 MD. I was a little surprised that they are sent in a plain box, with next to nothing telling you anything about them? I do look forward to saving money on them.

We bought a product that turned out not to be in stock - had to call to find out. Then had to wait just over 3 weeks for new stock, which then had to be chased 4 times. Very pleasant for contact. Very good on price. Let down by supply issues. Great product now finally fitted.

Everything about the service was excellent. There is just one aspect that I was very disappointed with. That is the fact that the bulbs that I ordered were advertised and sold as a replacement for a 50w Halogen bulb (even marked as 50w equivalent on the box). They are no where near as bright as the 50w bulbs they replaced. I would have sent them back but to be honest I am so busy at the moment that I just don't have the time and I can manage with the light they give us but it is far from satisfactory. We were told about your site from a friend but found little choice as lights go for the front room however we ordered 2 on the 1st August and after a week rang to ask if they were in transit or what had happened the agent that I spoke to that time promised to be very helpful he assured that he would see that the lights would be sent straight out and that we would receive them the next day or the following day but alas no lights arrived we left it a few days in case there had been a hold up before phoning again and spoke to another agent who told us that they might not have arrived at your depot yet but give him 20 minutes and he would see what had occurred and ring us back which he did. The good new was that he said he had he had arranged for them to be sent straight away by courier and we would receive them the next day for which we did receive an email also assuring us that they had been despatched from your depot. The next day we received them via courier. The lights are complete and well wrapped and we have yet to put them up. Thank you.

I have ordered many LED bulbs from wholesale led lights over the years and have found the products and service to be good. I was disappointed with my recent order though when only part of it arrived. I assumed a second package would be on its way, but after a week of watching my account status continuing to say 'processing' It was only when I decided to make contact that I was told the bulbs I had ordered had been discontinued and I would not be getting them. I really would have appreciated being told this at the point of sale, especially when the website even to this day still says they are available. I was offered the nearest alternative but this turned out to be unsuitable for my fitting. Products and prices good but the customer service this time really let them down.

Not perfect. No mention of items not in stock. The money however is taken immediately. Then 2-3 weeks wait. One lamp has failed after a few months when they should last 10 years. Prices are cheap but.....

Great service, I received the product very quickly and the quality is excellent, 5 stars! But I had problems with the discount code on the website, it kept loosing the code and trying to charge me full price. The support desk responded very efficiently, but 2 weeks on and I'm still waiting for the discount to be refunded :(

I ordered three stand alone units with three independent power supplies and, as an LED virgin, I asked for everything to be included (rather than spec it up myself). When my kit arrived there were no connectors to join the power supplies to the LED, so I had to place a second order. The end result works very well but I was let down by poor advice first time around. Shame.

Very reasonable price. Very fast delivery. Well packaged. Invoice confusing and for different amount than on paypal order. Floodlights appear very low quality. Dust and dirt inside reflector, glass smeared with grease on inside of lens as well as outside and most scews holding light together are chewed up from the factory. Shows very poor quality control. Lights now connected and they work. As long as they continue to work and do not burn out they will be good value and I will be happy. My overal impression is this company dispatches well packaged products very quickly but (at least in my case) those products may be of low quality, at least in part.

whilst the sales person was pleasent. and I did get the LED lights quick,in the post there was a fault with the control. and I returned the lights etc. on the 31/03/2014 at 15.11. I have heard nothing from you . I have sent two emails, and no rely's from you. where are my LED lights, which I paid £49.pp whats going on. regards M.J. Morris

Hello Myrtle, Thank you for your feedback. If the lights were returned on the 31st they will have already reached us and our returns team will be dealing with it. They should have already emailed you regarding this, but if not they will do shortly (probably not until Monday now as we don't work weekends). Our priority now is to get you a working set of lights so our team will test all the new items before they go out and you should have a set of working lights by no later than Wednesday. Good website but it wasn't clear enough when I ordered that the bulbs weren't in stock, after 10 days I called and found this out, then payed extra for next day delivery for when they did come in, but unfortunately, this got overlooked so didn't get sent then either, very helpful when I did speak to them and would definitely still use them again.

Customer Service slow at responding. Had a query re returning a couple of bulbs that didn't fit but no response to repeated online customer service help line or to direct emails. Phoned up to get assistance and all sorted. Returned products and refunds sorted. Bought a few LED GU10 bulbs to replace halogens. All delivered quickly and work well, but one already failed and am about to return as per their guarantee as this only lasted about month!

We are sorry if in this case the returns procedure was not as smooth as expected.
