“Unfortunately the bulbs you sent were faulty and blew fuses in the house. reported this to you and am awaiting new bulbs to try again!”

Hi Edy, Apologies that the delivery wasn't within the time frame, but I can confirm it was dispatched on time, royal mail do take approx 2-3 working days and it does state this on our website. “The purchase was easy but I paid extra for 24 hour delivery. What I wasn't made aware was you had to order it in as well. Can I suggest you let people know so they don't end up chasing you to find out where my delivery was.”

Hi Geoff, We're sorry to hear that you felt that the 24 hour service wasn't adhered to, when ordering special order items we do advise customers that it takes a few additional days for delivery. “Usually items purchased on line are delivered very rapidly.In this case delivery was many weeks from order placement.There was no notification on the website that the item was out of stock or special purchase and no advice from the supplier that this was the case until I queried why we had not received it. The item once received was functional but its plastic manufacture was disappointing and the flimsy backplate was difficult to fix flush to the wall.”

“Products are good quality and value, but processing of orders is slow i.e. Ordered fist thing Monday morning not processed for delivery until Wed pm arrived on Friday.”

“Product was not as good quality as I'd hoped as it's a cheap brand but it does the job. High gloss finish is really nice, though is not evident on the images. Cutting hole size on website and brand name is totally wrong. Customer service rep was no help as the info they have is also wrong. Stick to the instructions in the manual and you'll be fine.”

“Products (LED flood lights) seem great but let down on the time these products took to arrive... With me having to call three times and the information /delivery dates I was given and promised not true to their word. The workmen fitting them waisting their time in the process as well... I understand lead times can cause problems but keeping the customer informed and promises not being stuck to, there is a lot on the customer service side that needs to improve before I could give anything higher than 3 stars as an overall score.”

“I would have preferred a little more communication. After placing my order I never received a confirmation email, only one telling me an account had been created for me. The website showed my item was in stock, but I heard nothing for 5 days. Fortunately, I could use the account that had been set up to check the order and this showed that the item I had ordered was on back order. Because of this confusion, I rang to check what was going on. My call was quickly answered and the handler confirmed that the item was not in stock, but due that day. This turned out to be true and I received a dispatch email that afternoon and the items the next day. Finally, I used the website 'contact us' link at the start of my order, as I had a question about the item, but that was never answered. I would use this site again. The prices are competitive and they have a good range of items. However, I would be disappointed if they don't sort out these communication glitches, because they take the shine off the service they provide.”

“Lights were good and delivered in reasonably good time, but there was no confirmation of purchase email - only one from Google certified shops. Called customer support to find out if they were on the way, very keen to help but they had difficulty finding the order which was on the way as it arrived the next day.”

“I have received what I ordered. So far the LED G 9 style lights are working fine. The 3 W is a little less bright then the halogen that was in, I chose one that said it had 360 degree of light.The packaging was a small bubbled envelope, and the bulbs were each protected by a plastic case. There was an invoice that gave basic information but no mention is made as to where the lights are made, and little about the company Wled. The type of lighting is very different to anything I have had, so time will tell.”

“LED's described as 'warm white' but actually they are quite a harsh bright white light. Much harsher than the halogens they replace. Cost OK and the dimmable feature is usable.”
