“I bought 3 x small LED security lights,however upon speaking to an electrician who is fitting them. He has told me that we need 3 x wiring boxes as the wires fitted to the LED lights can't be removed and just wired to the existing electrical wires. Really could have done with knowing that at the time of purchase.”

“On the whole ordering was quick and simple, select what you want and add it to basket then pay. Communication was good with a few emails confirming order and shipping details. The only let down was recieving the parcel with only 2 out of 3 items within, 1 of which was incorrect. Aftersales seem helpful and sent 1 missing item immediately. Currently awaiting replacement item.”

“LED lights themselves were fine. However the fittings that came with them were poor. The male connectors were too big for the sockets and needed to be parred down to allow them to fit. Would not order again”

“Service was superb! Disappointed with previous purchases and the consistency of light colour in present order which OBVIOUSLY does not match those which they replace producing mismatch of colours. Recent orders for cool white MR16's have a green hue! Also many of original batch have staggeringly low life expectency measured on dozens rather than thousands of hours. Some dimmmable MR16's matched with appropriate drivers and trailing edge dimmers fail to dim sufficiently. This is disappointing as I took verbal advice from your technical centre years ago when I embarked on this energy saving project.”

“External sensor light arrived very promptly. However, there was no mechanism to fix it to the wall, nor any wiring instructions. These discrepancies, if normal, should have been mentioned. I still need a wall fixing that would fit this light.”

“I have purchased LED bulbs from WLED previously, and they have been great. However, on this occasion I bought them for the bathroom down lighters, and found that they did not fit. This is because the bulbs are slightly larger than standard GU10 bulbs, by perhaps a millimeter, making them protrude too far for the front of the light casing to fit over the bulb. Care therefore needs to be taken when choosing these bulbs as they seem to be suitable only for open fronted lights, not those that have a cover over the front.”

“The service was very good but the Infinity 50W PIR Sensor LED Floodlight was extremely difficult to set up on the Sens knob. I set it in the evening but in the morning the light does not come in the same light . It is much darker in the morning and the light does not come on . I have tried to equalize the events but to no avail.”

“I ordered 5 lights floodlights,3 black and 2 white. They were to be delivered in approx 4 days. 7 days later no lights. I phoned and was told the delay was due because no black lights were in stock. We agreed that we would change the order to 5 white. These duly arrived and looked good. However when my electrician fitted up 2, neither worked. He didn't try the other 3. At present I have spoken to the company re a refund. They have emailed me a returns form and a freepost address to return the lights. Once returned I will expect a full refund. So far the company has been very professional and I expect my refund in due course. Would I use the company again? Yes for although my purchase did not work out this time the company treated me well, so I would be happy to buy from them again.”

“Received lights and transformer. After having it fitted the transformer went wrong still waiting for replacement. This was done via Richard last Thursday still no replacement”

“Hi, really not impressed. Placed order on the Sunday, payed extra cost to get the item delivered quickly, i think it was 24 or 48 hour delivery. The item arrived on the following Thursday. I did ring on the Wednesday and was told that the item had to be ordered in and would be dispatched that day. On arrival the order was not complete. ......the bulbs were missing. Another phone call and i recv the bulbs the following Tuesday. I notice that on the packaging of the bulbs it states not to be used in an enclosed fitting! The actual fitting is of good quality I am considering ordering some more bulbs to replace some in our kitchen But first i await your response Kind regards Richard”

“Sorry guys but you only score an average rating due to one of my orders being sent out incorrectly i.e. warm white bulbs instead of cool white and two RGB strip lights having to be returned due to showing variations in colour when installed.”

“Initial customer sales was okay. I wanted a technical answer to the fitting of the switch however the sales assistant wasn't so knowledgeable on this and didn't seem confident in his answer. I was not told about the ordering and delivery process in that if an item was not in stock, an order to their suppliers would delay delivery by up to 2 weeks. This is what happened to me. After placing my order and receiving confirmation, I was given a 48 hr shipping method. The item took 2 weeks. I felt their communication and delivery service was poor and wasted a lot of my time. After complaints and requesting compensation, I was refunded a mere £2. The Trendi Switches I ordered by the way are lovely, however I will not be purchasing again from WLED Lights.”

“While i was initially impressed by these bulbs, 2 out of 7 have failed in the first 10 months, which i think is unacceptable when we hear led bulbs should last years and years......”

“Bought 10 of those with 6 installed in a 2.5m*2.5m room that is used as a home office. With a suggested 2700 lumens one would have expected that the light should be sufficient but I am not convinced so I would be replacing those soon with another product (850Lm each). Angle is ok.”

“Ordered outside security lights and Rgb outside lights. They didn't arrive when I expected them. Phoned up to be told out of stock, but didn't tell you that on website when ordering them. Arrived 2 weeks later.”

“The site is well priced with good products. I bought 4 LED floodlight and they put out a good amount of light for the low wattage. One of the flood lights was damaged on arrival. I was sent out a returns form but had to pay postage back, but still not received a replacement or acknowledgement of the return. They said they have a backlog, but this is not good enough when you have a time sensitive job,”
