Not happy with order, had 13 polish Crome received 2 different types and some clips missing. Taken longer to do the job

The twig lights arrived broken 8 days ago and as yet I have not received a replacement, although the correspondence has been ok.

Took three attempts to get my order right, which was only for three bulbs. Sales staff let down by warehouse staff. Thank you to Mika for finally getting it sorted. Hopefully the bulbs performance will make it worthwhile.

I contacted WLED on 2nd Jan and was asked to email a diagram of the lighting I required so that I could receive a quote. I called back later that day to check that the email had been received and was told that it had but there would be a few days delay as the company had been shut over the Christmas and New Year period and they had a backlog. I rang again on the 10th Jan as I hadn't received the quote and was told to resubmit my diagram. I waited until the 25th Jan when I rang again as I still hadn't heard anything and was told to resubmit my diagram. About 30 minutes later I received the quote. The following day I ordered the lights and they arrived on the 4th Feb but part of the order had been sent incorrectly. Finally today, 8th Feb the correct parts have arrived and I have fitted the lights. The product is good but the customer service very poor.

Well where to start..... We ordered some LED strip, a driver and aluminum profile to fit out our new horse box bar and it took over a week before we received anything and even then we were missing items off the order..... so a further two phone calls to WLED to find out where the rest of the order and the staff weren't sure if it was sent or missing in the post. All parts have now been received but if you are in a hurry like we were be aware the items might not arrive when advised.

I ordered several B15 Small bayonet cap bulbs (3w). I selected these as they were specifically marked 'dimmable' in the specifications. However when I ordered, I was informed I would be shipped the 4W equivalent. Unfortunately, when I received the package, I saw that the bulbs were marked 'B22 = Dimmable' but 'B15 = non-dimmable'. As a result, I cannot use the stock without first changing out all my dimmable controls.

Purchased light bulbs which were no good needed special dimmer switch sent back paying my own postage signed for on 11 December phoned numerous times answer machine also emailed Numerous times still waiting refund would not touch this company ever again not recommend either still awaiting refund on 6 January 2019

My order was handled really poorly. We had to call two or three times to follow up on a couple of items that had not arrived, albeit there was no indication that these items were not in stock (or could not be delivered by the stockist) and could not be delivered on time. This caused us challenges with our electrician and had knock on impacts for our house build - so real, tangible impacts. As above, all of the chasing was done by us, WLED had little desire to follow up for us. Add to this that WLED sent us MORE lamps than we ordered, it points to a fairly poor set-up. I've unsubscribed from the mailing list as I can't envisage using WLED again.

Ordered 5 x LED's, 4 were the correct type, the other one was not the type I ordered.

Ordered two lights ,one was broken ,returned it.When fixing the other light ,that broke in the same place as the returned one .ie: the sensor was loose ,only hanging by the wiring .

Good supplied were fine, but despatch promptness less than expected. Similar companies will despatch the next working day, however goods ordered online thursday night were not despatched on Tuesday following week when I rang up to chase. Website talks about typical delivery time but not days to despatch. They changed to Next Day delivery rather than standard to make sure I got them in time which was good. But other vendors like LEDhut very reliable next day despatch....

My order for two drivers and four LEDs took a week to arrive. One of the LEDs was the wrong colour temperature so I photographed the packaging and emailed the picture to Wholesale LED Lights along with my customer details. This was a week ago and so far I have heard nothing from them. So at this point I can not recommend Wholesale LED Light because delivery is slow, the order is not fulfilled correctly and they are not responsive to emailed details of the problem.

Arrived within the time stated, easy navigation through the website. Product:- "Oh dear" not so good 10watt!!! I dont think so, 1 watt maybe, dosen't light up an area of 18 square metres, probaly a cheap import from China, I bought three of these, absolute waste of money. One dissapointed customer I will not be making further purchases from you

I purchased the 50W RGB LED Floodlight as the supplier suggested the 100w version may be too bright for some gardens. Very dissapointed as it was not very bright in a corner of the front garden
