“Unfortunately these "50 watt - 4 watt" LED light bulbs do not give the same illumination as the 50W Halogen fittings and were returned. They were not suitable for Kitchen use. Pity as the energy savings would have been substantial.”

Hello Malcolm, Thank you for your honest feedback. On this occasion we feel that an incompatible transformer(s) could have been to blame - diminished light output is a common symptom of incompatibility, as is flickering. “Order No. 100025931 07/01/2014. Received wrong items(ie LED G4 25SMD) Informed you by phone and you would send the correct items with a return label. You then stated that thay were out of stock at the moment but would be dispached when thay arrived. !!! Have thay arrived?!! J.Pettigrew”

“It's really a fentastic customer service and prompt delivery and great return refund. Then what else you want? Price!!! It's not too bad where ever cheap the service and products are bad. I was shooed for my whole house change the led and superb!!!”

“Bought 20 6 watt gu10 led bulbs before Christmas. Within days 3 had failed. I have e mailed you twice to inform you but no one has bothered to contact me. A very poor service so a very poor rating”

Hi George, we have emailed you several times without success. We have also tried to call the number you have supplied but it always seems to be engaged. “you sold me lights you never had in stock and took a over a fortnight to get. very disappointed as was my customer, You shouldn't sell products you don't have in stock”

With regards to stock, you are right, the items shouldn't have been available to purchase or at least a member of our customer service team should have been in contact to let you know. We do endeavour to get items to customers as quickly as possible or to offer alternatives where ever items aren't available. “The delivery service is fast and the LED R63 bulbs are brighter than my current non LED bulbs so I get better light distribution and save money. I couldn't be happier, the bulbs and wholesale LED Lights have performed better than I hoped.”
