Have ordered my downlights nearly a month ago, and so far have received 4 out of 6 of them, lucky they were for my own house and not a client or I would look like a fool

I'd been looking for shallow mounting depth, warm-while light fittings and thought these would fit the bill perfectly. In all aspects these lights have been a massive disappointment. Firstly, the cutout needed to be re-shaped to allow the hinges to fit. Next, the connectors from the (included) transformers didn't match those on the fitting, necessitating cutting them off and soldering. Finally, two of the three fittings expired within a several days of installation. Incidentally, as the connectors did not match, I emailed the company wanting to know if they were indeed the correct ones, but received no response. I have since removed the fittings and am sending them back for a full refund.

The lights themselves were brilliant, short can down lights are just the trick when you have low ceilings to overcome. The price I paid was vey good, probably the cheapest on the market. The customer service however was definitely not what I would expect from any company. Being told I would receive the order on 3 separate occasions, promised phone calls that never happened explaining where the order was and waiting over a month to receive the order meant I lost the job they were for and a customer who will surely not use me again. Thanks guys.

Supplied a profile track in which the diffuser doesn't fit properly. Can only be slid in, however as a rebated profile there is no way the profile can be slid in. Not really very good at all. By the time I spent time forcing the profile in I could've bought a proper one for the time it has cost me trying to rectify a substandard product.

Only take payment for items you have in stock and only when they have been dispatched. If you take payment when you should not then have better processes and procedures in place to refund quickly; it should not take 3 phone calls and a threat to involve PayPal.

Incorrect items shipped. Replacement couldn't be sent until incorrectly shipped items were received by them. Cheap returns paid postage so it's your responsibility if it's lost in post so incurred additional cost for recorded postage service to return the items for someone else's mistake. Refund took over 11 days to be processed after numerous chases and returns charge wasn't refunded. Not worth the effort for what you buying when you can get the same elsewhere for 10 times better service. My mistake, this is first and the last time I will trade with these people...

Terrible service. given many false delivery dates. Item not even in stock after being told it was. Been awaiting a refund for nearly one month now. Having to result to a PayPal claim!!!

Received item in timely manner (led dimmer) but soon developed a fault causing lights to flash. Several emails sent to find out returns/ replacement procedure, but no response at all.

Hello Leyton, I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with your dimmer switch. It is not something that happens very often. I have looked in all of the e-mail addresses that you can e-mail to and none of them seem to have an e-mail for you, so that may be the reason you have not had a response. Hello Suna, I'm sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us, there are notes on our system to say that when your lanterns were originally sent (15th March) they were returned back to us as the original address was inaccessible. There is also a note to say that since then you have been on holiday. This may be the reason for the items not being shipped again. I shall speak to the warehouse and arrange to get them sent ASAP. Over 3 days and at least 5/8 phone calls no one could take my address down properly it was only a query that I had my order that I noticed the address was wrong And after numerous calls with different people who still managed to get it wrong eventually it got sorted a week later not over impressed on my first order Rgds Alex Turko

Ordered G9 LED lamps to replace high energy use G9's. The order arrived within a couple of weeks, after chasing up, part of the order the lamps did not work correctly. Following an email and call to WLED they agreed to a return of the faulty lamps. Since returning the lamps some weeks ago, they have not reimbursed me. I have followed up with an email, but still not reimbursed. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from WLED, the customer service is poor and the quality of lamps are also poor.( sorry my mistake should read very poor).

Hi Stephen, We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with ourselves, with regards to the G9's, some of them come as a dimmable option and require varilight V pro dimmer switches which are compatible with them. When returning lamps to us we do advise customers to wait for 3 working days as stated on the returns form. Having changed about 20 GU10 to LED's supplied by your company, many of them packed up after a few months. some were replaced by you but as others failed you simply didnt reply or replace the defective bulbs. Ive since bought the same items much cheaper from Wilkos and other high Street shops. Funny but they are still working. I will buy from local companies in future.

Hi Mr Ralph, I'm disappointed to hear that you haven't had the best experience with these LED's. From time to time goods may fail due to unforeseen causes and I can only apologize about this. We always endeavour to replace defective bulbs as long as you are within your warranty period. Furthermore, bulbs purchased from many high street stores may seem to work for a while but on the long run when they do pack up which will result in leaving you out of pocket.
