FIRST & LAST PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Bought an led compatable dimmer switch & 5 led's to go with it had problems programming the dimmer switch contacted wholesale led lights to ask advise they didn't want to know they said if I have a problem with the switch take it up with the manufacturer. Basically they don't work together had to put regular switch back very disappointed

Wrong order sent. Sent an email and had no reply. Left a message for a call back and had no reply. Totally inadequate service and very irritated by zero customer service.

Paid for 48 hour delivery and received my order 10 days after. Contacted customer services who after a few emails decided to reimburse my delivery fee but didn't receive so much as an apology. Electrician has been and gone in the time it took my delivery to arrive so now it's just sat here and I will have to pay extra for another visit.

Have paid for delivery within 24 hours 5 days ago and still lamps have not arrived. Everytime I telephone it is voicemail and no returned call even after leaving several messages. Have replied to email sent of delivery confirmation and it has bounced back as no address. Slightly concerned but will keep you informed of developments. 23 March 2016

Disgraceful service. Cancelled product before delivery shortly after order when I was told couldn't guarantee a delivery date over a month ago and have still not been refunded despite several emails! PayPal claim on its way!

1 month in and the led strip lights have failed. When new, the strips will not solder correctly and need to be cut back to another join to be able to solder. Wouldn't use again

Delivery promised for 48 hours was over a week and half late. Even then clips were missing from an item !

I wanted 2 x 1metre long LED tapes, so I went on line and your site flagged up "1m Led strips, self adhesive tape " , ideal I thought , but to be sure I checked your product specification and it stated that the product length was " 1000 mm " , excellent, so in the box marked quantity I typed in 2. I don't think it was unreasonable to expect 2 x 1 metre LED strips but what I received was 1 x 2 metre strip with only one set of trailing wires. I rang the number on your invoice and was told by one of your sales team that I should have stated that I wanted it cut in two ! Having explained to him my purchase journey as detailed above, I asked what could be done to remedy the situation and he told me I could either order another set of trailing wires which I would have to solder on myself or I could send the product back at my own cost ! I stated that it was clearly not my fault that your product description was misleading and I did not agree with either of the options. So I sent an email to your support dep detailing my situation and requested that you send me a returns form so that I could return the item and claim my refund. That was 4 days ago and not only have I received no reply or contact the very fact that today I get this review request leads me to think that nothing is happening behind the scenes either. I am hopeful that maybe this line of contact will grant my request and I can return the item that I did not order and get my £13.37 refund. Regards Andrew Oak ref Magento100 074250

When ordering a cable specifically from an led tape supplier for led tape I expected it to have a reasonable diameter cores. As with thin cores you get voltage drop over short distances. The cable supplied was tiny and not fit for purpose at all

Hi Mark, Our cable for the strip lights have been tested and can withstand up to 7m until voltage drop. the cable we supply on the cut lengths is 10cm and is free service, which we do not charge customer for. Kind Regards Reviews Team

I sent back two light bulbs with a returns form they sent, for a refund. It’s been now over 3 weeks and two reminder emails later, I have not heard a thing, extremely disappointed. I shall not be buying anything else from this company.

Order LED Floodlight to be then told they have none in stock but would be about 2 weeks. No problem I said. Did not arrive and did not reply to 4 emails. Eventually told that still no stock and about 2 weeks. Then had a phone call to say they had in grey instead of black. Eventually received it

Ordered 24 hour delivery as I needed my purchase very urgent. After 4 days of waiting for my items I have contacted the shop (On Saturday morning) asking for explanation. I got reply on Monday with the person on email to say it was send the same day (Monday). I was disappointed and asked for cancellation for which I'm still waiting for refund (a week later). Awful first impression.

Where do I start. From the moment I placed the order it was a customers nightmare. No confirmation email, therefore no delivery details. I paid extra for next day delivery but they did not arrive. on 11/02 I emailed to ask why and got a message back stating they were a special order from the manufacturer as was stated on the website. That information was I discovered later buried among the delivery section and not with the actual item as it should have been. I then got an email to say they were leaving that day 11/02 which should have meant we should have received them on Friday 12/02. No!. I left it until Saturday pm before calling to be told - they have arrived here today. Excuse after excuse. The person said he would wipe out the extra charge and send them off first thing Monday to get to me by Tuesday 16th. I phoned to order an extra light. The original order was still there. I got yet more excuses one of which was that they had been recalled by the manufacturer as being the wrong light. By then I was so angry I ended the call and tried to source them elsewhere which I did but it cost me an extra £40.00. I called the company back and got through to refunds (Alex the sales Manager) who promised next day delivery. OK give them a chance. They arrived the next lunchtime - wrong lights. A clip on the side meant they would not go into the hole. I got an email saying can the electrician not make the hole bigger - no not when they are advertised to fit that size aperture. I emailed for a refund to be told after all that carry on that I would lose 15% as the manufacturer would charge them. They had told me on the Tuesday that they had 50 in stock!! I will never ever use this company again and would not recommend them

Very poor customer service. I pleaced my order over 2 weeks ago and paid for 48hours delivery and today I had to call and find out that the order was out of stock and thier supplier couldn't get it to them till end of March - this is a joke! If an item is out of stock, then don't sell it on your website or at least send your clients an email explaining the situation - and YES if you say " sorry we are very busy " than get more office staff and serve your clients better because you are wasting ppl time here!

I ordered the light on Tuesday 16th Feb and paid for 48hr delivery. Today is Monday 22nd Feb. I have yet to receive my lights. Please advise when they will arrive.
