I placed my order and 3 weeks later they still haven't arrived! I have emailed 3 times but only got a reply once. And to top it of they have asked for a review of them before I have got my order! Not impressed and will not be dealing with this company again

Useless service, I made clear that I didn't want to use a transformer and the sales person assured me they were high voltage. They were slow and unsure of themselves. Guess what ? I need a transformer. I have no confidence in this company. Terrible service by unqualified staff

they are ok as long as you order it, they have it in stock and they send it to you. If however you have a problem, like they don't have it in stock, the customer service is appalling. They will not keep you informed, they will not phone you back, they will not email you, even if they have promise to do so on several occasions. I've been chasing a refund for over a month, the customer service is systemically incompetent and thankfully I've rarely seen such appalling service.

Requested 1m tapes cut into two and both pieces soldered giving two 500m lengths. Wasn't done. Orange tape sent is not waterproof, when speaking to sales on phone I did detail orange was for motorbike so had to be water proof. I was told a different product would be sent as original order no longer in stock, I believe change in wattage. Have emailed detailing this but no one has contacted me. Both items sent are not fit for purpose or the purchase. Disappointed. Regards Kristian

We ordered LED light diffusers on 7th Oct. It took till 31st October and in the region of eight phone calls each very polite but a new promise. When we received the strips there was one of the end fitting missing from the pack. After a further 3 calls each promising to drop one in the post we have had nothing 17th November. There was no communications coming back from this supplier and my wife spent several days waiting in for deliveries that were promised but didn't transpire. Not my idea of a professional company

Well, how can I put it? My goods haven't arrived yet! This is the day after you sent me the email asking for a review. Parcel Force don't have a good reputation with me as one of the only companies who can't find our address. My advice: have a go at Parcel Force 48 as they were apparently dispatched 2014 Nov 07 09:35:21 and it's now 2014 Nov 10 2235!

In short,this seller offered incorrect advice & information about this product. The product arrived with parts missing & other parts incompatible. The LED strip lights were extremely fiddly & frustrating to fit. After a long exuberating afternoon of attempting to fit the lighting & get them to actually work I annoyingly gave up.On discussing my concerns & frustrations with the seller they made no effort as to any solution or refund. Avoid at all costs!!

THE ORDER WAS PLACED ON THE 16TH OCTOBER AND TO DATE IT HAS NOT ARRIVED! YOU ADVERTISE QUICK DELIVERY AND WHEN I TRIED TO TRACK TO DELIVERY, IT WAS NOT AVALIABLE. AN EMAIL TO YOUR COMPANY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE LEAVING TODAY (30TH OCTOBER) AND WOULD ARRIVE FRIDAY OR MONDAY. IT WAS ME WHO HAD TO CHASE RATHER THAN YOU INFORMNG ME WHAT WAS GOING ON AND 18 DAYS IS NOT 'QUICK DELIVERY' PHIL SMITH

Placed an order on 28th Sept. For a dimmer switch, 48hr. delivery. After 4 days I sent an email to chase the order, only to be then informed that it was not a stock item and hade to be ordered, but I would receive it on 6th. Or 7th. Oct. It is now 9th Oct. and it still hasn't arrived. If an item is not in stock the web site should Clearly show this, not tell you after you have paid . Will I use them again? NO

I ordered my items and was very impressed with the speed of delivery for my items but from that moment on things have unfortunately not been so impressive , the LED MR16 bulb would not work in my shower fan/ light combo , the garden LED spotlight I then sourced from a different supplier at half the price I paid , I have since sent 15 e-mail to customer services regards if they could assist me with the MR16 bulb and the format for returning goods and to date 10/9/14 I still await a reply re same now this does not inspire me to deal again

I wish i had been informed that the item i ordered was out of stock at the time of purchase, i would have had the option in going somewhere else instead of having to wait for my order to arrive,and i am due to go on holiday in a week time, god knows when i will receive my order. if you are unable to deliver by the 19th of july, i would like a refund.

Ordered the lights, you took payment then told me they are not in stock, customer is now left with holes in decking and no lights to go in them. Not happy

I recently ordered a small sample quantity of LED downlighters after a telephone cal supposedly giving me the information I required. When the items arrived it was found that they did not fit, a further phone call was made and the person in receipt of the call could not give me the information I required and promised to phone me back the same day. I am still awaiting this call 2 days later and having spent my money I am still no further forward in my attempt to convert to LED .

No instructions sent with this product regarding the type of dimmer switch that is compatible with this dimmer bulb. This resulted in two of them failing when I used them. Poor customer service when I complained. Refused to replace the bulbs free of charge. I will not be using this company again.

Hello Gordon, Thank you for your feedback. Our dimmable LED bulbs can only be used with a special trailing edge dimmer; using them with an incompatible dimmer switch may cause the bulbs to blow. There is a disclaimer on the product page as well as a helpful FAQs section explaining this and we do also send installation instructions with the bulbs just in case.
