I was sent the wrong item. I called to get the correct one sent and was then very called back. Would not recommend using this company.

I have been purchasing online from all sort of online vendors for the past 15 years, these guys win the trophy for the worst internet sellers in my records. I placed my order with them for a project I was working on, online on 24/11/2017 for what was listed as “in stock”, three weeks later, after not having heard anything from them besides the automated immediate order confirmation, I decided to give them a ring (internationally) they put me on hold for 10 minutes until they found my order, at which point they said that specific led strip I had ordered was out of stock and this is why my order was placed on hold...great! Hmmm perhaps somebody should be telling a paying customer this immediately! Anyhow, they said they will upgrade my order at no extra charge a send me a better quality led strip, available from immediate stock and would dispatch on the same day, at no extra cost; although the alternative led strip had a higher electrical consumption, I agreed to get on with it. Three days later, I receive an email from them saying the courier cost is GBP40 and not as per the online delivery estimation and they were generously willing to cover half of that for my long waiting time but request me to cough-up an additional GBP20 my share! My project was already late so I agreed and paid using PayPal. My order was then processed and I received my package 5/1/2018 and to my surprise they had sent the wrong aluminum profiles, unmatching diffusers and unmatching end caps!! I raised a dispute with PayPal and sent them an email. They didn’t even bother enter any comments or reply to the PayPal dispute and told me that they had a remark in their system that due to the fact the low profile aluminum profile sections had been sold out, I was contacted by phone and accepted the standard profile sections which never happened!! I insisted that if they would not take corrective action I would escalate the dispute to a claim status on PayPal. They came back to me the next day confirming they would send the correct profiles for free. Only today 22/1/2018 did I receive the correct profiles, but again incorrect diffusers and no end caps!! I mean seriously!! These guys are simply “useless”...Two moths from the order date and still can not complete an order!

Received 1 of 14 fittings that was damaged. Still trying to sort the problem out but impossible to get a reply from them after sending 3 emails and speaking direct 4 times.The item in question is only £2.50 but after 3 weeks I’m still unable to complete the job for my client.

This is a review of the catastrophic service received from WLED. We've made an order of £67 worth of led bulbs and a dimmer switch on the 28th of November 2017. By the 4th of December, we had not received any item. We called the company and they said it is up to the Royal Mail to deal with our complaint. We called the Royal Mail and they said they can't give us any other reassurance for the time being. If you really need to order bulbs we strongly recommend to read this review first. There are high probabilities you will end with no bulbs and no one else to help you recovering neither the bulbs nor the money spent.

Not happy at all with the delivery time,this happened in the past,you pretend to have items in stock to get payments from the customers,then is out of stock,you don’t send any warning,you make the customers wait for ages,this is why i’ve ask for refund for my very last order,simply unfair!!

Lights failed to be despatched and thus were never received. In fairness, when I queried the reason as to why they had not been sent, I received an immediate refund.

Firstly you lost my order,I had to ring your office and they found my order,if I had not rang I would still be waiting,I had paid extra for fast postage and was told I would get a refund that has not happened,Secondly the strip lights fit under my wall units but they do not stay up because the the glue dosent appear strong enough so at the moment I have stuck extra strong tape every 15cm over the strip lights to stop them keep falling down,I did clean the surface before I installed the lights.Regards Geoff Meadows

i keep asking for a receipt and even called but you didn’t call me back. im still waiting for a receipt despite numerous times of asking. you are legally obliged to give me a receipt because you are registered for VAT. plse send a receipt.

Bought 12 B22 3W Clear Golf Bulbs https://www.wholesaleledlights.co.uk/led-light-bulbs/b22-led-bulbs/b22-3w-omni-led-clear-golf-ball.html So far 3 have failed. That's terrible. WLED sent a direct replacement for the first failure but then sent 2W bulbs for the other 2 failures. Why? These look odd in the 3-bulb fittings I'm using. Now waiting for a response from WLED.

Bad idea of having blue light with white light. And more bad is when you have to switch on and off twice to get white light only. And three times to get white and blue light together 🤔😒 not happy

Firstly was told delivery will be Monday, products didnt come will the Thursday. They charged me for express delivery even though their website claims free delivery for orders over £45 - mine was over £450. Before i ordered their sales staff told me they would refund the del cost after i placed the order. When I spoke to the manager about why I was lied to about the delivery time he seemed to think he was doing me a favour by refunding the delivery cost!. Not a very coordinated company. Prices are all over the place, by their own admission they said they cannot know if trade will be less than retail.

The actual goods are fair to good quality, the issue is the alleged 5 year warranty. For the 5 year warranty to apply (normally 2 years) you have to complete a postal registration form within 90 days of order. The website product pages just say 5 years* Nowhere does it say what the * means until you delve deep into the terms and conditions (which no-one has the time to read) does it mention the need for a separate registration process to get the full 5 years. Very shoddy practice and misleading (at least to me). Seems like a good way to avoid warranty claims but who knows what the motivation was for such a process.
