Awful lights when I asked to return them was told they would take 15% of what they owed me for reshelving them !! Then I find exactly the same lights less than half the price with another company rip of 😡

wrong goods turned up again today 2nd wrong item dispatched after waiting 3 weeks you guys need more attention to detail this is the 4th order placed that we have either the wrong products or long waiting delivery

My light fitting never arrived. I paid extra for 24 hour delivery. I still haven't got it nearly 2 weeks later.

Service was very poor. They did not inform you that they did not have stock yet let you pay for express postage and then don't answer emails enquiring ETA details.

I have been waiting since November for this order I phoned a couple of weeks ago It seems 12W downlight was out of stock so agreed 15W would be sent instead no further charge In fact 18W sent but seemingly charged quite a bit more Products look good in themselves

I ordered 3 SlimLED G9 bulbs but was sent 3 Minisun G9 bulbs of a lesser specification and performance that are not even shown as being available on the WLed website. I was then required to send photos of the incorrect product I had been sent, pay for return postage, and chase multiple times for a refund. A full refund, including postal costs, was eventually received but around 4 weeks after the original order. Overall, placing my business with WLed was a very frustrating experience

I wouldn't recommend using this company - cheaper and quicker from eBay. My package was ordered on Thursday for delivery Friday (paid extra for next day) when it didn't arrive I contacted WLED and they told me the warehouse was short staffed so my order wasn't (surely I should have been updated at the time) The delivery was promised to be with me on Monday and still didn't arrive - I was told to wait another 24-48 hours although the tracking shows it wasn't even sent until the Monday. Very frustrating - wish I had read the poor reviews beforehand, how hard is it to send one bulb?!?

Good quality, very good website, good customer service but this is the second time that I received a wrong item. Had to send it back last week and still waiting for the correct ones.

The ceiling lights that were delivered are of a very low quality. Unfortunately Wholesale LED lights not only expect me to pay return costs ( which is fair enough ) but also forfeit the original cost of sending the disappointing lights to me. It should cost buyers to have rubbish shipped to them.

All we ordered was a pair of simple paper lanterns which we wanted in time for Christmas. So we paid the extra for 24 hour delivery. What I didn’t realise (which apparently I would have done if I’d taken the trouble to read the small print) was that it meant within 24 hours of WLED receiving them! I’m sure it said they were in stock, but never mind. We’ve got them now.

I placed an order end of December and received one of the items I had ordered on 7th January. I called them and they promised to chase up and find what had happened to the other item. I had to call them back on the 9th only to be told that it looks like the item was lost in the post and once this has been confirmed with the shipping company we will send you out another one. They could not tell me when this would be and customer care and follow up did not exist.

Have left a review for the item already received, which was ordered on 9th December, and with which I am very pleased. Still waiting for second order - placed on 7th December. Twice been told it will be dispatched - still waiting! Website very informative - everything else very hit and miss. Will cancel order if no contact is made today.

Absolutely terrible service!! Do not order from this company. I placed an order for two grey ceiling pendant lights on 23rd november and paid for next day delivery. I didnt get an order summary until 30th november. I finally reveived the lights on the 3rd december! When they arrived one was fine the other had marks all over it. I had ordered both with light bulbs which were not included. I emailed the company to ask for for a replacement and the lightbulbs which i had paid for. Needless to say i still havent received either the bulbs or replacement shade. Client communication is really poor. I would highly suggest you avoid ordering with this company!!!
