While WholesaleLED did a great job sending the bulbs in short order, I haven’t plugged them in yet so no idea if they even work. The one star is for the incessant emails asking for feedback and review etc. I bought two bulbs a week ago and have had 4 or 5 unnecessary emails despite asking for no marketing.

Ordered 3 items expecting delivery within 48 hours. Nothing arrived. Called customer services who said they were waiting for one item to come in from supplier but it was due in that day and I would receive the order the following day. Nothing arrived. I sent 2 emails and didn’t receive any response. Called customer services again who said the item was out of stock and no idea when they would get more in. Nobody bothered contacting me. I didn’t receive a response to my emails as the person that dealt with emails was off sick! Got a refund

I was under the impression that I was ordering a surface LED light that I searched for. The light I ordered cost £31+ delivery and when it arrived it was only a replacement light and needed a surface mount. I contacted WLED and explained that the ordered light was not what I thought it and was sent a link for the surface mount costing £40+. I then asked if I could return the item and was informed that as there was nothing wrong with the order ( which has not yet been established as I cannot use it) I would have to pay the postage plus a 15% handling charge. I told them that I thought that it was excessive to charge 15% on top of postage and told them that I would sooner smash it than pay 15% for something I don't have. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then ordered a light complete and usable for 31 FREE DELIVERY from Lights in Germany delivered and fitted in 3 days, WLED that is how you do customer service, don't rip off your customers and make sure that the item ordered is what is required, if some does go wrong do everything in your power to keep your customers happy.

Ordered 3 outside lantern wall lights with PIR detectors. Received 3 lantern dawn-to-dusk wall lights, yet shipping receipt confirmed that PIR lights were sent. When pointing out the error made by yourselves (after an electrician had been booked to fit the lights) I was told that I had to make arrangements to package and return the lights to you and take them to a Post Office and send by recorded delivery. The replacement (and hopefully, correct) lights will not be sent by yourselves until you receive the lights you sent in error. Who pays for the return postage? Who pays for the wasted electrician time? Who pays for the difficulty and nuisance of taking a large package to a Post Office (have you ever tried to find a Post Office now?)? If you are into having a website and selling on-line, then you should make far better arrangements for returns particularly when it is your mistake. One star is too much. Shame on you!

Unfortunately the light arrived and it was damaged. We contacted the company and have then heard nothing. This is a real shame as we really wanted this light.

When I received my order I was two bulbs short on a 3 way light. I immediately contacted WLED and was told this would be rectified. a week later, and still no bulbs.

Bulbs different to those shown on website, therefore did not fit. Took 9 days of back and forth contacting (chased by me several times) to be told I had ordered the bulbs that were sent. No option to return for refund or replacement

Found that the bulbs that were sent with the lights to be the wrong type .Had to send a picture of both the bulbs and packing as would not send replacements otherwise ,asked for a acknowledgment of the photo did not receive one until, after I had contacted them again to see if they hav received the photo hope I get the correct bulbs as I am a pensioner and can to without this mixup as it just makes me depressed

Bought some dimmable E27 LED bulbs. Screwed the first one in and the screw fitting snapped straight off the bulb as soon as it tightened. Barely any of the glue applied was actually in contact around the joint. Poor quality. The bulbs did not dim well with my BG Nexus dimmers. Low range of lighting. Refund requested, P&P not refunded and £2.00 postage to return them. So I’m £5.00 down and a trip to the post office and still have no bulbs! Will be buying genuine Osram via Amazon Prime unfortunately.

The lights arrived with the incorrect mounting kits (totally the wrong size for the lights). We ended up having to install other light fittings just to move the project ahead. A telephone call to request a return label, ended up with a promise by WLED to send out the return label as required. Weeks later no label. A second telephone call ensued, only to be told that the time period for a return had now expired. Despite it being an error in what was first supplied, we must now keep the lights.

Awful lights when I asked to return them was told they would take 15% of what they owed me for reshelving them !! Then I find exactly the same lights less than half the price with another company rip of 😡

wrong goods turned up again today 2nd wrong item dispatched after waiting 3 weeks you guys need more attention to detail this is the 4th order placed that we have either the wrong products or long waiting delivery

Service was very poor. They did not inform you that they did not have stock yet let you pay for express postage and then don't answer emails enquiring ETA details.
