“'Happy' but could be have been happier - -Didn't like the price not showing VAT until checkout. I'm not 'trade', I didn't click 'trade' so why would I not have to pay VAT! -Ordering and delivery went well. -No obvious damage seen when unpacked, installed OK, working OK but glass shattered sometime between turning off overnight and the next day (LEDs still working). -Good customer service - I sent email with photos, quick reply and reordered. Again arrived within a reasonable time. -Has been working fine for over a week now. Seems to be made of sturdy, quality materials. NOTE. Ambiguous 'instructions' - in one section it says that remote works from anywhere (w/i 50m?) in another says needs 'line of sight' (which would have been no good to me). Luckily the former applies otherwise I would have sent it back. ..... consider stating that on the main web site.”

“I found the web-site easy to navigate and the information generally very good. However not understanding the lighting temperatures I fear we have ordered the wrong bulbs for our situation. The 6000k bulbs are essentially daylight replacement, whereas the 3600k bulbs are more suitable for softer night lighting. Unfortunately within our order one of the bulbs wasn't correct. The box it arrived in was labelled Cool White, but the bulb turned out to be Warm White.”

“Service was prompt and the order was exactly what I requested.... however ... the 1 meter of strip I requested on my second order was so tightly wound on itself in the packing process that there were two places on the inner couple of turns where the waterproof layer had split right through to the circuitry. Waterproof no more! Surely you could wind onto a 2 cm diameter core piece to stop this happening. A simple problem to overcome. My earlier order was long enough to be presented on a spool, which was fine. A shame you blotted your copybook on the second order.”

“Well the first transformer was a faulty one and to be fair the guy i returned it back to did they they were having a lot of issue with that particular model and did swap it for a better one at no extra cost seeing as I had to come all the way back and then had to pick the new one from their warehouse at another place. The new one is fine thus far, so good quick customer service.”
