“When ordering a cable specifically from an led tape supplier for led tape I expected it to have a reasonable diameter cores. As with thin cores you get voltage drop over short distances. The cable supplied was tiny and not fit for purpose at all”

Hi Mark, Our cable for the strip lights have been tested and can withstand up to 7m until voltage drop. the cable we supply on the cut lengths is 10cm and is free service, which we do not charge customer for. Kind Regards Reviews Team

“I have previously used Hafele to supply my LED lighting and when I came across your website I was surprised and a little dubious about your competitive prices. During the course of placing my order via the website I encountered a technical problem and the order wouldn't process. I called to place the order by phone and had the pleasure of dealing with Wendy. Wendy was extremely patient in dealing with my order (especially with my poor mobile signal), she was very reassuring about my concerns over paying twice and even prevented me ordering the wrong IR controller. The products I ordered were perfect for the job and Wendy is a credit to your business. I will definitely be coming back to place further orders. Well done.”

“I sent back two light bulbs with a returns form they sent, for a refund. It’s been now over 3 weeks and two reminder emails later, I have not heard a thing, extremely disappointed. I shall not be buying anything else from this company.”

“Website was easy to use, with information about the product (lighting) and bulbs required. Everything was well packaged and arrived on time, the price seemed very reasonable. Have not installed the product yet but it looks good.”

“Almost everything was very good. But first the VAT on the top of the bill came as a nasty surprise, I don't think it was clearly enough highlighted. Second I booked a next day delivery and spent extra for it. When I phoned up 3 days later I got a very helpful and efficient person (top marks) who apologised and gave me a refund on the extra over cost. Nevertheless, if it had been urgent it would be a 'very poor'. Don't raise expectations! But your helpful staff made it fine.”

“good choice and good price. I did not use the on-line service for my first time. It was easier for to phone . I was given all informations asked for and concluded the buying operations speedily.
