“There was a very good selection in the store and we were able to find something that suited our space. Delivery was as agreed and when we had a damaged sink it was replaced without question.”

“On the whole very good. Good value for money but had to wait quite a few weeks for some items. Also when one item arrived it was wrong and had to be returned. Generally the staff were helpful”

“I purchased bath screen from Wholesale Domestic. The display screen was much better quality then what they sold me in pack. I recommend every buyer to check before take your stuff away.”

“We have used Wholesale Domestic several times, most recently for the purchase of items to refurbish our bathroom in November 2023. The staff in the showroom were patient and helpful in assisting us to decide on what we wanted to order and we felt that the items were of good quality and competitevly priced. On this latest occasion we did have some initial problems with damaged items being delivered,namely a slightly chipped shower tray and some gloss finish on the bathroom cabinetry coming off when removing the protective film. The items were delivered by the companies own delivery crew and it has to be noted that the delivery team were observed to be careful so I dont think the damage was their fault. We had a slightly shaky start with customer services, however they eventually rectified all issues completely and to our entire satisfaction. No complaints and would certainly use them again”

“Overall happy with my new bathroom , but unfortunately had a few problems that have been sorted out well but still not happy about the quality of materials as I have had to change the unit twice a d was told that will be the last time that I would get a replacement part , so overall your quality of materials is not suitable and will probaly need to get a new bathroom next year but not from you,”

“Ordered Harlequin floor tiles, great price and great quality. Cut well and look lovely laid in my hearth. I used click and collect service which was great and available really quickly. Picked up without any trouble and the guy even packed them into the boot of my car for me!”

“When replacing our whole bathroom we went to Wholesale Domestic Bathroom Showroom and the choice was fantastic. Advice from the friendly, knowledgeable staff was exceptional. Deliver was on time when they said it would be ready. Also follow up visit to the store for additional items was as expected with ease. All in all an excellent service with a friendly family like smile. I would recommend Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms to anyone looking at replacing their bathroom.”

“I had to travel 69 miles each way twice due to two shower trays been cracked They were exchanged each time but the point is they should not have been cracked in the first place”
