“Extremely helpful team. Very good advice on the products. Products are all very good quality,this eas backed up by my indeoendant fitter. When a small bracket wss missing from the shower screen, one was sent for next day, even though i had recieved the items over a month previously! Top notch!”

“Order not sent when it should items either not received wrong item received or items broken. Promises broken regarding order and left me 6-7 weeks washing in a basin as had to cancel my plumber 4 times and complaint I sent end of Nov hasn’t even been acknowledged or replied to”

“The sales department at Hillington is good, not pushy. Knew what they were talking about and gave good advice. We were supplied with a bathroom article that had been opened up before we received it and various pieces removed thus rendering it unusable. The fitter spotted this on the day of fitting. It appeared to have been a returned item that had just been put back into stock. This should have been checked. People in warehouse sorted it out well but the problem shouldn't have arisen and caused us a long car trip to get the replacement. This would have been a 5-star review but going in at 4 stars.”

“I purchased a new self closing wc seat which I was told was the same one I had previously purchased on arrival home I removed packaging etc to fit to wc but it was the wrong one I returned within 1hr of purchase to have it exchanged for the right one but was refused as I had removed the cellophane I even asked if they could swap for a displayed one that I would hav accepted but again was refused I had to buy a 2nd wc seat at £39 and I'm left with one that does not fit my wc The complete bathroom suite was purchased from you at a cost of over £1000 previously and they couldn't even make allowance and swap over The seat for another one Very very disappointed with the way I was treated and doubt if I would recommend to friends or family”

“Ordered in September and still waiting for my sink to come not even an email from them saying it was delayed so 5 months with a half finished bathroom . The company is a joke wouldn't use or recommend its now end of January and still no sign of it or an email”

“Quality was of goods were ok eventually, delivery was a nightmare, they don't tell you till after you pay (it's very small print on invoice) that your full bathroom suite is delivered on a 7ft pallet and left at tenement door, I stay 3 floors up with a disabled husband good job builders were on hand. Plus you are left to dispose off pallet. I was back at store twice with faulty goods, no compensation. Customer services are not the best .”

“I had a shower screen delivered and it was damaged in transit. To be fair Wholesale Domestic sent a full replacement. They did the same with a mirror which has a corner broken off.”

“Two panels out of the lot that was delivered was damaged. I got told no replacement could be given as it was reported after 5 days!! My joiner was due to fit the bathroom after 5 days. What should have I done???”
