“Asked for my complaint to be escalated to Manager. Still waiting on courtesy of a reply. Short story - last 2 tiles were broke. Had to travel 60 mile round trip to get replacements between Xmas and New Year for tiler to complete job. When we got home tiles wrong colour. When we phoned we were asked ‘are you sure?’. Still waiting on replacements.”

“Bought all units, sink and toilet for a new toilet that I'd converted downstairs,, everything that was delivered was pre built which saves a lot of time, everything was perfect , no issues whatsoever , will be using again as going to refurbish toilet upstairs now, totally recommend them”

“Loads of different styles and something for every space. I found it fairly easy to get advice from sales assistants. The mirror I wanted however was out of stock. In all it was fine but I felt it was a bit pricy, the sales assistant disagreed with me.”

“Ordered and paid for bathroom suite in June because we were told it would guarantee the stick being available. Called early August the week before delivery and told everything was there and ready. Delivery arrives with sink unit missing. Called to query to be told it would arrive mid September. Mid September comes and goes without a word so called and told it would be mid October. This left us with an unfinished bathroom for nearly 3 months, and an extra £100 to pay the plumber to come back and fit it. Ignored when we suggested they should pick up the tab.”

“hi,i bought them boards to do my bathroom,i think they are great ,but i was not expecting them wallboards to cost more than the new bathroom stuff,,your walls = £504 ,bathroom fittings £467..otherwiae i like them,,,the order came fast enough too,and packaged very well,,,,e s mcgough”

“I used this company as the pricing was very competitive and the website was easy to negotiate. The ordering process was quick and easy. That's where the system fell down . I wasn't informed that my order was out of stock and then the delivery was absolutely rediculous. I didn't receive my order after it was dispatched for three weeks. When it did finally arrive in three separate deliveries some was damaged and the quality of the trim was very disappointing as the silver finish just peeled off. Really poor. My delivery charge was returned but wouldn't use this company again.”
