“Other than delivery time, due to time restraints I had to drive to Glasgow to collect goods. Goods were of a standard I was expecting and ideal for the clients requirements.”

“I was happy with product, good quality at an affordable price. However I was kept in the dark about despatch and when it would be delivered, no info apart from receiving my order. So I was a bit suspect about the site and whether I would even receive my order. So it was a shock when a large vehicle turned up one morning. If I had not been in, these very large items wouldn't have been able to be left on the doorstep. So delivery info would've been benificial.”

“We ordered a bath to be delivered. The delivery was not tracked and was attempted when none was on site. It was redilivered another day and accepted by a neighbour. On unpacking, after storage for a while it was found to be damaged where the banding had cut into it. This was too late to register a complaint with the company. The staff at Wholesale Domestic were very pleasant but unable to provide much information about the delivery. Recommend unpacking items immediately on receipt. Recommend a better courier service with delivery tracking.”

“Great selection of products at a good price. Unfortunately far too many staff at the showroom and often only one member of staff dealing with damages and returns. When i did manage to get a damaged vanity unit re-ordered i waited for 3 weeks only to find out they had forgotten to process it (probably due to being over worked). I then waited another week for it. Ended up with a very unhappy customer who i was fitting a bathroom for and it cost me £300 in compensation. I haven’t been back since that experience. Quick to sell products but seemed to have no interest in aftersales. It’s a shame as I would have been a regular customer but I can’t rely on that kind of service for my business to work. Hope this helps”

“Always excellent customer service, recommended to relatives. Had a few bathrooms from here and never disappointed. More than enough variety a available. Depending who you get affects the purchasing. Go for an experienced sales staff. Returns managed excellently by phone and on arrival. Phone service very good and helpful. Upgraded the delivery from kerbside to in-house due to a slight delay, great customer service.”
