“Fantastic experience as from start to finish the staff were superb . Had an issue we’re I’d damaged a drawer front and they went above and beyond to prevent me having to buy a full new unit . Well done folks 10/10”

“Service in store on the day we ordered I couldn’t fault it and our orders were delivered on time. However on receipt of these orders on different days, goods were badly damaged. After receiving damaged goods a second time I decided to collect the goods my self from the collection store. Goods were fine. I think your delivery company/ drivers have a lot to answer for. Wholesale domestic dealt very quickly with replacements of damaged goods. Just a pity they were damaged in transit.”

“After opening up some packages two corners were broken on two wall panels I know the panels are not cheap and I don’t require replacements but it would be nice to be compensated for one panel.”

“I have bought many bathroom items gems from Wholesale Domestic over the years but I can honestly that I won’t again. I was renewing my daughter’s bathroom for her and the day before it was delivered I called to check on the time only to be informed that there were items out of stock including the bath!!! Thank goodness for Victoria Plumb as they helped us out with a next day delivery bath. Last year I renovated my bathroom not a beautiful shower room only to have to return the sink unit after 6 weeks as it had started to swell. WD, to be fair, replaced it no questions asked but I had to pay a tradesman to remove the old one and refit the replacement. On top of this I paid £250 for a mirror that is unusable as after about 3 months it beeps constantly when switched on. I didn’t want to have to pay another tradesman to fix it.”

“Bought a wall hung toilet , they gave me the wrong seat , phoned up and was told they would send the correct toilet seat out. Still waiting. That was June 2021”

“Multiple issues, lack of equipment, poor communication ended up paying for plumber for 2 days for no reason as parts weren't delivered. Then had to go to Glasgow as they lost the order. Products at a very good standard.”

“There was a six week wait for delivery, it was then delivered in bits (perhaps I read it wrong) but all this cost me almost, in fact more to have it fitted then the original parts”
