“Bought our new shower and toilet from here. Had a couple of things but cannot complain as they put it right as soon as we went to see about it to the collection warehouse the staff were excellent would certainly recommend wholesale domestics”

“Products are sadly cheap and plasticky according to our builders Vanity units in oak are very cheap looking Inside cisterns and shower waste are cheap plastick too We are quite disappointed sorry”

“The delivery was later than promised. Most of the panels trims and even the adhesives were damaged in transit. When I Complained, they sent me 6 wall panels which were no good to me 4 weeks after placing my order. I won't be using them again.”

“Worse wholesale superstore. Blaming there shipping Company for there poor staff work ethics/ customer care. Lot a lot of money from this Company.DONT BUY ANYTHING OF THEM”

“Lovely store, friendly staff, and after a problem with measurements of wall panels, the staff at the collection point were really excellent, and managed to locate a returned panel for me. Although it was damaged, it was sufficient for what i reeuired”

“when I ordered my bathroom and tiles the purchase seemed quite simple, I was assured my bathroom would be delivered to me in under six weeks as I told the salesman the date I arranged with the bathroom fitting company, when the company did not contact me closer to the delivery date to confirm the delivery I contacted them, they told me casually that part of the bathroom suite was unavailable, at this stage I had booked the bathroom fitters six weeks in advance and was going to have the fitting postponed for another six weeks, I was appalled that nobody at wholesale domestic thought it important enough to inform me of this, I did eventually get the situation sorted but it turned into a couple of days of chaos and made what I hoped to be a normal transaction into complicated and unpleasant experience.”

“Unfortunately, there were a few errors with my order which was frustrating and resulted in the tiles I had ordered and been told were in stock being unavailable when I needed them Also the wrong tiles were delivered. I was also told I had to collect large quantities of tiles from the warehouse but on arrival, I was told this was incorrect as the weight was much to great for my car. This issue was however resolved very quickly and efficiently.”

“Bought a bathroom sink with toilet and unit attached.two years on sink cracked it was glass. Apparently it was only under guarantee for a year.not very happy about that.you don’t expect a sink to only last a couple of years”

“Good price for bathroom stuff, had to return and exchange some products due to needing different sizes but that was all fine as we hadn’t opened any of those packages. The only Dow point is on our shower the plastic holders on the shower are weak and one has broke. All still works fine, just impacts the movement of the shower height.”

“Service and expertise very good, however I have tried to emial tefrefnce. A crack in the toilet unit where the white casing damaged, I'm sure down to holidays ect I will receive a reply soon”
