The place to shop if you want a quality bathroom.. The staff at the trade pick up point are outstanding. Shannen always goes above and beyond to keep you and your order right.nothing is a bother.

I bought some bathroom cabinets and bath panels which were found to be excellent quality and value for money. They arrived well packed and protected. The tall bathroom furniture was pre-assembled and quite sturdy. The white gloss finish was flawless. The customer service desk is good at answering or returning calls promptly. They’re generally good at sending the order confirmation and invoice but could do better with communication when there’s a hiccup (e.g. providing a confirmation email on the agreed corrective action or status). Regarding the courier, it’s frustrating that they don’t provide confirmation of the delivery slot but just randomly turn up when least expected. Overall, I will order from them again.

Great store great service great system great staff from the store floor to the delivery team absaloute fantastic even had a minor problem that alot of company's would have blamed on me not checking items completely on delivery but wholesale domestic went the extra mile and replaced the item free of charge as a good will jesture that was greatly appreciated and in the current climate I don't think alot of wholesalers would have done what wholesale domestic has done there's a wee boy splashing about his bath all thanks to you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart greatly appreciated and so glad I chose wholesale domestic for my bathroom

The customer service from Wholesale domestic was great from the in store and online staff.. However the delivery company who are contracted, left a pallet outside my door with a full bathroom suite and furniture on it for me to bring into the house myself!!! They say it is due to covid rules. Well I had another delivery the same day from Argos, who brought the items into the house and put them in the upstairs room. I'm on my own.. the last thing I need is to be manhandling a bathroom suite from a pallet into my house.. and then of course you have to dispose of the pallet as well. No thank you, I'm not impressed with your delivery!!:(

We would normally anticipate the pallet delivery service being discussed on a call with you at some point but it appears this has not been done on this occasion. I have had various orders from W/D over the last few years , mostly its take your cash promise you the earth , then excuses excuses , then an out of stock item that was promised in 3 days takes up to 8 weeks , I am trying to run a business and my customers will not use me again if my supplier continuously lets me down , I thought it might have been a one off , but its happened with my last 3 orders , an out of stock basin which was meant to be delivered in a week ended up taking 3 , then I was asked if i could just "pop in for it " IN ABERDEEN !!! 120 miles from here !! , I have spoken to Sean MaCarthy who did apologise but then it went bad again !! ,No compensation or discount have been offered in these cases and I have had to take the flak from my customers who rely on me to get the job done , but with the poor service from W/D i'm at a loss, Your telephone lines are never answered no matter what time of the day I call . , I will be putting in another order tomorrow (31st Jan) , lets see how this one works out ! .

We were very pleased with the service we received and were shown various mirrors that we were interested in. We decided on a mirror of our choice and very pleased with it.

The products were of good quality. My issue was with riser kits as they did not fit or work on the quality shower base. The horizontal radiators fittings also did not work with the radiators. Causing me extreme cost and stress getting a resolution. The staff were helpful

The road surface at the collection centre is in a shocking condition . Customers should be informed before they actually pay for their goods that they have to go to a building on the opposite side of the estate to collect . It is underhand to tell people this only after you have their cash.

Excellent service, particularly from the knowledgeable and helpful staff in the collections department. Delighted with the quality of bathroom furniture purchased and all items were in stock. Also got a fabulous bargain on wall and floor tiles. Would definitely recommend.

They have a great range of products in stock and the staff in the warehouse are very helpful. But the store manager is one of the rudest people I have ever met so avoid dealing with him if you can.

The service is first class and the products excellent, the online ordering system is easy to navigate and very well put together. We had a minor delivery issue with one wrong part, this was rectified rapidly to our satisfaction. The customer service staff are very helpful, if you need advice you can call, I would highly recommend wholesale Domestic, simple, affordable and reliable.

I was advised (after I placed a large order) that my sink unit was out of stock, I was given a date of end of November, travelled to collect it to be told it was now 14th December. Again - travelled to collect and was then told it would be 10th January - still no official phone call to say if this has arrived or not. I now need to pay a plumber to return to fit this not to mention the inconvenience of not having a sink in the bathroom. Not happy.
