I went in to buy a p shaped bath panel only to be told that the supplier had changed and the panel I had bought did not fit my bath to which I purchased the whole bathroom suite shower everything from you only to now not be able to get a bath panel to fit my bath as you have changed supplier so what am I supposed to do now

Hi Mark. I am really sorry about this. The company that used to supply those baths went out of business and we were never able to find a supplier that did the exact same measurements. I hope you are able to find something online that matches up. Kind regards

Utterly awful. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Made an order, only part of it turned up. Office had no idea where or why. Sent a replacement for the missing bits, original missing bits turned up smashed to pieces. Rang them and told them, was told to email my complaint which I did, other replacement items then turned up, again smashed to pieces. Took me near a week of waiting over 40 minutes on hold each time to get my money back. Do not use. Terrible.

Goods arrived on a pallet shrink wrapped you need help to unwrap as the goods could fall when shrink wrap is cut.I inspected and found towel rail was damaged which meant a trip to get it exchanged ,sink unit seemed too take up more room than I thought so I called to get it changed but because I dumped all the packaging i was told it was not possible to return it.

Hi John. Sorry to see your experience was not so good. I can see your order was sent via our courier partner and therefore has had to be wrapped to make sure it gets to you OK. I can see a replacement radiator has been issued for you now. Unfortunately we are unable to take back items that we are unable to sell to new customers and that includes missed packaging. On having to return the goods bought as they would not fit I advised I would like to change the toilet as I was returning goods. I wasn’t advised the toilet I was being sold was double the price of the original one seems to be so that no credit would be due. Did not know this until I was home as my invoice was emailed and did not come through till then. Not very happy !

Hi Aileen. Sorry to see you have had a poor experience. I have looked into your invoice and it seems that the original order had a vanity suite whereas on your return you had to mix and match the items. I understand that it seems as though the same items are being sold at different prices but it's just that we offer our vanity suites at a discount when you buy the full kit. Staff friendly and helpful, products reasonably priced. Bit of a pain that you pay in one building but have to go to other building for pick up, especially as road outside collection area is very rough with nails lying about to puncture your tyres!

Good afternoon. I'm really sorry about the collection area. We attempted to get this renovated recently, however there was a mix up that ended with the roads worse than ever. It's one of our earliest priorities to get the road fit for purpose. Thanks for getting in touch about this, we certainly appreciate the feedback.

When we arrived we had to search for a sale assistant, then once we found one theu were a bit disrespectful to be honest. We had done some research into the L shape bath and where taps ect can be placed and two of your assistants got I to a debate with myself and my husband in regards to this.
