Very bad experience with Wido. I had purchased an item specifically for an event over the weekend (noting that next day delivery was available) When the item did not arrive after 2 days i got in contact via the email given for the support team informing them of the situation and it has now been a further 4 days and nothing back. Furthermore, the item is now with DHL for delivery and after two failed attempts as there is a delay in the messaging service (where you can change your delivery times etc). As such, I have no item, do not now need the item and am stuck in limbo as you have taken the money for said item and have not even responded to my email highlight the issue. Utter disaster..... Any thoughts / guidance?

Terrible customer service. Bought a bbq grill with a manufacturer's defect from Wido. I raised this with the customer service via their email with the customer service. I did not get a response from them. I am still trying to get to speak to someone in customer service to even look at the issue raise but no luck. If you want peace of mind, stay clear from Wido.

Very poor quality gazebo bought from wido. Description states it it weatherproof. When assembled all the stitching had holes in it so would not withstand any slight rain. Used once in slight bit of wind and the cover rubbed on the corners of the frame and ripped. Contacted wido customer services and had no response as of yet.

Product cheap and nasty. Unable to contact company to discuss problem. No reply to phone and no response to email! The only positive was speedy delivery. I would not recommend this product or company!

I ordered a tripple bin store, the 1 star is for delivery as it came the next day. As for the product well where do i start, it isnt worth £200+ its so flimsy its got lots of filler and glue, you open the middle lid and the doors next to it open. Im so disappointed, have contacted Wido still waiting for reply. At the moment would never use again.

I Ordered a gas fire. I don’t know how it happened but I actually received two! I returned both of them with the courier and have Not received any communication from this firm. I have rang them and I have emailed, I am very upset about this Customer Service. I have no product and I have been charged twice.

The item I have bought has scratched all over it, 1 big chip in the of the door on the front and the screws provided to fit the work top are incorrect and too small! I also emailed the issue with the screws and the worktop into wido and I teas ignored!!!

Bought a sun lounger The worst customer service. Bought for my wife (11 stone) had it for a week and started tearing at the o ring anchor points. Sent Amazon pictures, sent wido pictures emailed 3 times directly to wido. Finally got a return label from them ' must be in original packaging and I pay the postage for the return avoid.

I have not yet received my full order. You have already taken the money. I can't get hold of anyone at the customer service. Very very poor to almost no communication. A very bad service. Please can you either provide my goods or refund my money. It has been stressful not knowing what's going on. I will never use this provider or recommend to anyone.

I ordered specifically from Wido due to next day delivery. I ordered on a Sunday so was expecting the item to arrive Tuesday. It’s now Friday and the item still hasn’t been delivered. I have had to order the item from another retailer due to the urgency of needing it next week. I have contacted Wido via their website and email and not heard back. After tracking the item the delivery company say they haven’t received the item from Wido in order to deliver it. I will be requesting a refund

Read the other reviews and agree with non-existent customer service, I'd enter zero if possible. Bought a patio heater 8 weeks ago, faulty from the start, they arranged to collect the item which took 6 weeks. Wido agreed to return the purchase price in full. They don't answer emails, you can't call them. Net result, they have the heater ( I have the collection note ) but no sign of the money returned. Exceptionally poor service, potentially fraudulent. Look elsewhere.

Received the goods which were partly damaged, have sent repeated emails to no avail and now have to go to my credit card company for a refund. The customer service is non existent. I appreciate we are still in lockdown and harder to trade but they very easily took my money but don't seem interested in sorting the problem.

Have not received my item and after many emails they have finally confirmed that delivery company has lost my item. Still awaiting response to my email to confirm that I would like a replacement but only if they can guarantee a quick delivery but no response!!

Our chairs were damaged and asked for a replacement which they said they would but nothing has come of it. I've emailed over 4 times and now not getting no response. I think this is a joke of a company that doesn't take its customers seriously.

Only fire pit received, still waiting on rattan furniture, been over a week and no contact from the company, despite sending emails chasing this up, no dispatch notice or tracking info, I think this is a scam and will be contacting payment card company. Do not use!

Totally useless. Used all tie down straps and other I had bought but still scrapped because metal cross members are useless

Was delivered very promptly but sadly we had two incorrect pieces delivered so are unable to make up the chairs. I sent an email to customer service on Tuesday, it's now Friday but not heard anything as yet! It did say it could take up to 5 working days to reply to me 😞 I received an email to ask what was wrong but still not heard anything. It's now nearly a month since I ordered them.

I have emailed your Customer service but have not had a response. Extremely disappointed not with your product as still in Box but with terrible delivery experience for which you are to blame as you should not work with people like this
