Absolutely terrible quality was sent what I can only discribe as a used product. Not fit for purpose instructions screwed up and screws missing/panels glued and broken. And as for the customer service I have waited over an hr and a half on the phone to not get through. And my emails get answered with more questions once every 5 days been over a week and still nothing has been sorted out. Obsolutely terrible ol

Beware i placed order 4 days ago and was for next day delivery, since placing order had NO confirmation from them, they don't reply to emails and on calling they don't even answer the phone. Have taken my money but glad i went through Paypal as i'm sure they will sort the issue out.

Very disappointed, chose Wido because of next day delivery to tie in with my daughter’s shifts at work, no info received on delivery, unable to speak to anyone, emailed twice, no response, then received call when Drive about to deliver!!!

I bought a 3 wheelie bin wooden cover made from wood. I know it was reasonable cheap at £130 but it’s the most flimsy and terrible put together workmanship I’ve had the unfortunate to put together. A lot of the slats were broken due to nails splitting the flimsy timber. When I was finished nothing sat flush or square, especially the top gates and front gates. I ended up taking it apart, refining about 40% and putting it back together just to get it looking half decent. A lot of my neighbours have enquired about it and I have stirred them away from your model.

Expected next day delivery by DHL on the 19th, did not arrive, tracked delivery was informed delivery on 20th, did not arrive. Tried contacting Wido informed that they would answer in three days. Tracked again and informed 21st.....you know what is coming next! Did not arrive. Having to purchase again from another supplier where I can collect. Not a great way to run a business or customer services department. I cannot put in writing what my opinions of DHL are. All in all absolutely awful and regret the purchase. They will of course be returned if and when DHL decide to deliver them. NOT AT MY COST MAY I ADD. I will contact my credit card company to reclaim the purchase price in full under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

DO NOT USE WIDO !!! I ORDERED A GARDEN BENCH SATURDAY 16th MAY 2020. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT DESPITE TRYING TO RING FOR 2 HOURS VOICEMAIL SAID 4th IN LINE 25 MINUTES WAIT THEN NEXT IN LINE AND MINUTES WAIT TIME KEPT INCREASING!! PUT THE PHONE DOWN AFTER 2 HOURS OF THIS. EMAILED THEM FOR UPDATE AND TODAY FOR ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND. STILL NO DELIVERY INFORMATION AND STILL NOT RECEIVED ITEM BUT HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR THIS REVIEW!!!!!

Next day delivery you promised. So I bought a gift. £150 I spent on a birthday present. One week later I'm still waiting for it. Despite several emails all I've had is one reply with the tracking details. But item isn't shipped. Don't promise next day delivery. It's false advertising. Will not be purchasing from you again. Customer service is not good.

very unhappy. Item not delivered, email has told me it has been delivered. unable to contact the company. Emailed but just got an automated response. tried to call several times, position 4 in the queue for 20 mins, got down to 1 min waiting time , then it started to increase my waiting time. will never order from this company again.

Absolutely terrible, product and service. Item had already been opened and was damaged, parts missing and not fit for purpose as could not be built. Tried to contact for return emails via returns link is being blocked. Tried phoning and I have been caller number 3 for over an hours gets to wait time 1 minute then just starts to go back up went from 25 minutes to 1 back to 10 minutes again. About to contact trading standards and my bank. service is diabolical, would not recommend item or company. I am an nhs worker and do not have time to sit on a phone for over an hour. DO NOT USE No ability to do live chat on website.

Delivery was super fast but that was the only good part. Saying bad quality would be a compliment as there is just no quality in this product. Parts of the timbers start cracking while putting the screws on which were also extremely difficult to screw as they were so bad. The parts are not same ad they are in instruction drawings and I had to use some additional timbers to make the product work. I didn't expect for a top quality for the price I paid but as I already said, this just has no quality.

Ordered a bed frame, the metal was warped, there was a slat missing and a slat that was far to small. Even through screwing the frame together it broke

Delivery driver left no card threw door left on door step lucky never got pinched. Box arrived ripped. Bird cage damaged all bars twisted. I had to glue the broken corner back together.Very poorly made. Only kept & couldn't be bothered complaining as customer services do not reply back to you & you can't speak to any one. So kept bird cage as other wise would of no where to put our budgie. Would not order from Wido ever again & would advise not too. Felt like i'd bought a second hand bird cage!!!

I received the product broken, and the courier took it away. I have requested a refund and was asked for photos. Explained the courier took it back explaining it would be marked refused as damaged and no further communication. So I have no product and no refund. I feel this is very poor service and am now pushing for my refund. It was refused a week ago.

Still waiting for product. Courier says delivered and I cannot speak to anyone at Wido and have to email you with up to a three day wait. I’ve had to chase the courier company and still no resolution. Hoping this is read and actioned to restore my faith in Wido.

Absolutely useless I have not received my order I’ve had no tracking when I contacted your customer service they told me it’s delivered but it’s not and wouldn’t even give me the tracking details I’m reporting you to trading standards

Hi I ordered a beehive for my son-in-laws birthday And I was waiting to See him open it Because of lock down it was by face time He opened it And his description was You have bought me a box of kindling wood So I asked for wido to send me instruction to return the item I sent an email Which told me they would reply in three days but if I sent a further email as I was in a queue This would immediately send me to the back of the queue I am still waiting for an answer which has not arrived I can only think they have a very large queue for complaints Please respond as soon as possible I thank you in advance. John

Waited 10 days they said next day then next day have emailed them through Amazon and there own web page no response back I will never use Amazon or wido again still waiting on refund
