Only received 1 item on my order and with no way of contacting them I dint know what I can do I have emailed but no reply. Would have been perfect the item was delivered very fast but i ordered 2 scooters but only have 1

Horrific. Turns out you can't cancel orders with them or get refunds without first having to get the item delivered, just to reject it at time of delivery, to be returned then receive refund. What madness is this?

Soooooo awful...... The ice maker was cracked from side and didnt work ... I tried to contact your customer service frist with phone and I was put on hold and never answered . And then with email he asked me if I want to replace or refund. When I ask to take it back and refund... do not respond .... So please call me 07424561440 very importanr cause I want to travel and sence Thursday I couldn't solve this problem...

I waited all week for my order which was a gift only for it not to arrive. When I requested an update I was told that it was lost in transit and now out of stock so will be issuing a refund. Awful service

The cabinet arrived damaged. Almost every single panel was bent or out of true. Waited on hold for 40 minutes without being able to get through. Decided to have a go at building it anyway with excessive use of a hammer and wooden block to straighten it out. Instructions are dreadful. Had to dismantle and rebuild twice because the steps aren’t clear. Eventually got it together and I suppose it does the job. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are in the mood for a challenge.

Didn't receive the item, states next day delivery and waited a week with no contact from the company. Tried to contact them using the phone number on the website, after an hour on hold I still haven't managed to speak to someone.

Still waiting for my delivery. Ordered on 9 April. It states next day delivery. However, it was bank holiday weekend so I assumed it would arrive the following Tuesday. Still no delivery, no response to email, no response to telephone message and I am currently on hold, no 3. But 40 minute waiting time. I did speak to someone on the Tuesday who advised my order had been picked up by the courier and would be with me by Wednesday.

I ordered on Thursday 9th April and my item has still not arrived. I contacted customer services who said my item has been re routed incorrectly by the delivery company and no further explanation so £400 spent and no garden furniture would not use again

Your instruction section says SOME assembly required but in actual fact it comes FLAT PACKED. We opened everything out to find NO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS enclosed as stated on the box and cannot find any assembly instructions on the internet help help help!!!!

I ordered from Wido because it stated next day delivery and this was a birthday present. My order did not arrive next day which I accept under the circumstances but when I phoned to query my order I was left hanging on the phone for over 30 minutes and ended up putting the phone down despite there being nobody else in the queue.

Instructions next to useless, all the screws and washers loose in the box, holes for assembly drilled at an angle so unable to put together. I'm a far from happy customer. Quality appalling. Extremely disappointed

The instructions for assembly are rubbish. Two people are needed to assemble this product. It took 8 hours to assemble this product because the bolts aren’t long enough and don’t fit the channel correctly. Even when assembled the bars on the shelf come apart. The holes for the cross section pieces don’t line up. It needs a mental health warning on it. Tempers were very bad because it was so frustrating. Has anyone from the suppliers/ Quality Control tried to assemble this product on their own?a reply would be appreciated.

Hi I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into the order and can see the order was placed on the 8/3/2020 past the 3pm cut off point for next day delivery. Your order was picked on the 9/3/2020 at 8:40am, shipped with tuffnells and signed for on the 10/3/2020 13:37 by yourself. I can also not see any emails from yourself either?
