Realy bad customers service would not recommend and won’t use again !!!

Hi I am sorry you feel this way I have looked into the order and can see unfortunately due to the time in which you messaged to cancel the order the item was already shipped. We offer next working day delivery so once an order is placed the same day it is shipped out. Any cancellation would need to be put in the same day i do apologise Many thanks Ellie

We bought a massage couch which came without instructions. The courier company were shockingly bad. We had next day delivery and waited all day, but the couch didn’t arrive - no call to let us know it wasn’t coming. The following day I got a message at 09:30 to say it was arriving between 07:00-12:00. I headed for the studio and by 12:15 it still hadn’t arrived. I phoned them again to say it still hadn’t arrived. I was told he’d be there in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later I made another call to be told he’d be then in 10 minutes. He did eventually arrive. After the driver left we opened the box to find a radiator! The driver had delivered the wrong item. Fortunately, the delivery address on the radiator box was only 2 minutes away so I shot round to find the driver delivering our massage couch to a guy that’s renovating his house. It was all sorted in the end but it was a poor and stressful experience. Additionally, the phone number is a premium rate and I ended up with a £60 bill! I'd never use again and I wouldn't recommend either - shockingly bad.

:i was supposed to recieve my order on wednesday. i called on thursday and apparently the delivery driver had said my parcel has been delivered and signed fir which is false! i called again to say that didnt happend. the driver then changed his story to say he left it in the concierge. this is also false as i have no concierge. i called again and was told the driver will come on friday back to were he left my item and give me a call. this did not happen. i could have ordered thsi item from so many palces but i only chose wido because it said next day delivery which is a lie. after reading many reviews i see that this happens on a regular basis with this company. very dissappointing that the company doesnt live to its name, and is fooling peole. clearly the delivery drivers are not serious and just left my parcel werever they felt like. it could have been taken for all i know. i dont even wabt my order anymore i will order it from elsewere which i kmow to be more reliable and make sure to not use wido again. so dissappointed.

This is certainly not the standard we aim for and rest assured, sending out items damaged items is definitely not beneficial to us at all and therefor I can only assume this has happened in transit. Very quick delivery but arrived scratched and bolts did not line up. More importantly it was much higher than advertised. I would have returned it but require a desk to use immediately.I will use it for the two weeks it is needed For my granddaughter to study at and then dispose of it

This supposed bin store is the worst product I have ever bought online. The wooden materials are as cheap as they can possibly find, akin to balsa wood. Those parts that were pre- assembled were held together with flimsy and often bent staples and the rest are supposed to be self assmbly according to a "manual". The manual has been photocopied so many times it was in places difficult to see and the language was incomprehensible.The kit came complete with a package of screws and bolts, which was unsurprisingly incomplete. When I phoned to complain I was promised another pack which also came incomplete. When the unit was finally assembled it was obvious that the design was faulty, you either have to push the bins in handle outwards ( in order to be able to remove them smoothly) in which case the swing lid becomes useless as it opens in the opposite direction, or you have to push the bins in with the handles at the rear making full bins difficult to remove. The design only allows the swing top to be opened to about 30 degrees, before one piece of wood crushes another.on complaining I was told to send photos so that " our designers can improve the product". Here's a clue, sack the "designers" and start again trying to make a useful product. Needless to say the flimsy finished article came apart in the first gust of wind. It has now become my most expensive kindling wood. A poor product and poor service

I can see a full new pack of screws has been sent in which we had no correspondence to advise screws were missing. I can also see my colleague asked for images so we can see the damage to either send new parts a new item or refund, in which we also had no correspondence. I bought a stand mixer. It arrived on time but it doesn’t turn on when I try to switch it on. I’m very disappointed because I was looking forward to using it for a business and now I have to return it. I should have trusted the reviews.

Service good but product absolutely rubbish .. bin store very poor quality .. very dissatisfied cheaply made fragile... Not fit for purpose. Not going to last two minutes...

Nowhere on the website does it say excludes Weekends or Sundays from next day delivery!!! I searched before placing order!! Purchased at 10.48am, confirmation from paypal but took over 10hrs to get a 'Thank you for your order will notify you when dispatched.' Next morning identical email, - but no goods delivered! Waited in all day. Didn't receive email even to say they had been dispatched! for that day or the next? Rang next day to be told goods should be delivered that day! they don't deliver when ordered at weekend for next day? Pointed out it does not state this anywhere on their site!! asked can't neighbours take it in? NO!! they work too! TOO LATE!! I also have to work cannot sit in another day waiting. Couldn't confirm if item was dispatched - so clearly it hadn't been!! Cancelled order - no confirmation of this! Still waiting - emailed but guess!!! NO RESPONSE!! Poor service!! first time ordering and will be the last. Probably won't refund within time limit as service pathetically poor! the WORST COMPANY I've ever ordered from for performance and service! Will report to paypal! if monies not returned in next few days!!! Found the product elsewhere now they!! clearly had a better customer service! For most customers it's not about price! it's about the service!

Hi, I am sorry to hear you have not been happy with your order. I have looked into this for you and the website states "We Deliver Free Next Working Day to most Postcodes in the UK Please note: Order before 3pm for a same day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the following working day. Delivery to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will take longer and incur a delivery charge." Sunday unfortunately is not classed as a working day. Sorry for any confusion or issues caused. See below for details.

We knew that for this price it will be poor quality but didn't expect to be that poor. Very thin and bendy top. Plus table came completely destroyed on the edges. Tried to call customer service but despite being first on the line, nobody picked up for more than 30 min.

Awful, customers service doesn’t exist. Called to try and understand where my order was, on hold for hour before terminating the call. Call wait time when I called was 5 minutes and for 55 minutes i was number one in the queue. Email customer support still awaiting a response and still don’t have my order. Will never use them again.
