Ordered two manicure tables and the quality is so poor, they look old, and every piece had marks on it, and the draws are uneven. The table top doesn’t even fit. I requested a refund on the 9th of June, and they asked if i would keep them for 50% Refund, i explained that these are no good to me at all and since then I haven’t received any correspondence, plus it states if i email again my message gos to the back of the queue!! I’m now out of pocket and Can’t really do anything as there’s no humans to speak to regarding this! And the wont reply to my email!! Will not order from these again.

Pretty shoddy Still waiting for my item that was ordered and paid for on the 28Th May with next day delivery Maybe a bit of joined up communication wouldn’t go amiss rather than sending generic emails asking for feedback

3bin store: poor quality materials, badly made, virtually indecipherable instructions. Would have been too much at half the price.

Should have been delivered last Wednesday and still not here. Tried ringing to be told staff working from home . Mailed them and still waiting for reply and refund.

Advertises free next day delivery but this is not true. I have been waiting 2 weeks and still not received any tracking information for my order. Would not order from here again unless Wido can correct it. Still waiting to hear back from Customer Services.

The product was fine and was promised next day delivery which did not happen. I have sent an email as requested on the website and have heard nothing. This was required for a job which is such a shame as the product was good it’s just you cannot rely on it being delivered on time.

Ordered a casual garden table it arrived on time and at first look it was fine. However after 5 weeks with less than 10 uses the slats on the top of the table warped rendering it useless. I wrote an email to complain and ask for a refund I got an email to say they were surprised that it was faulty when it was ok on delivery in a sealed box? I told them it was fine on delivery but through minimal use had warped they offered me a 20% refund basically trying to fob me off. This company is to be avoided like many of the reviews here. I am still awaiting a 2nd reply to my email. Useless products and even worse customer care and service. save your money.

I still have not received my order after 10 days ! I have now contacted my bank Fraud dept as I cannot get any response from this company. I have sent 3 emails and not had any response . They have taken nearly £ 300.00 of my money and failed to supply the goods. 24 hours or 2 - 3 days delivery has not happened . I have been conned . But they will not get away with it !!

Ordered an umbrella over a week ago. No details regarding dispatch or delivery yet - even though "super fast next day delivery" was advertised. I feel like I have been scammed... My only recommendation would be to avoid. Pay the extra 10-15% and actually get the product you want....

I will never use Wido again. I ordered a wheelie bin store on the 22nd May and it stated on the website “next day delivery” considering the current situation I would of expected maybe 3-5 days. How wrong I was! I ordered from other online stores on the same day and I received them next day with no hassle. I have tried to call today and just got a recorded message saying “to get in contact please email”. This is a joke as they don’t seem to answer emails. The cherry on the top is they have asked me for a review on a product I haven’t received and don’t know if I will. As I said before I will never use Wido again. Very poor customer service!!!!

Very flimsy product, was broken by a gust of wind. Waste of £200. Have rebuilt it, only original parts retained are coach bolts for lids and metal brackets across each bay at the front, the rest is firewood

The product was terrible, came in a battered box. Used professional driver and all screws provided cheap and useless as the heads went straight away, sides split so slats dropped down, needed gluing and Pinning. Lids too wide needed cutting to right length. The whole thing very flimsy had to buy extra brackets to hold it in shape. Probably the worst thing i have ever purchased for My garden. Emailed Wido and no response whatsoever. Would never buy anything again from this company terrible all round.

Avoid this Seller as i had item delivered and was dented and side panels bent. Said 2 man lift on box but was dragged down drive by 1 person ripping box open and then just left. I didn't even know it was being delivered that day as it said next day delivery but took 5 days as had no Confirmation email from them or details of the delivery. Now they wont answer phone and emailing them is nightmare. Just keep offering money so i keep it but it's no good and now they ignore as i've said i need collecting for full refund so Paypal to the help on this one.
