“I travel on the fast cat service everyday and since the refurb in Feb. we have had ongoing issues and timetable changes. It might be great to change the rush hour ferries to once a hour but the people that use this every day is getting sick and tired of the way this company is run. And what do you get for this constant disruption a half hearted sorry. If this was the railways I would be getting quite a bit from delay pay scheme and this needs to be brought in for wright link so they pull there finger out and realise this isn't some pleasure cruise there are running but a service a lot of people relies on to get to work daily.”

“Have always provided exceptional service and when I had to try to change a booking due to an emergency they were more than happy to assist and changed my booking straight away. However they are more than happy to assist with anything a day I usually find that I am placed on the ferry on normal travel. Overall an excellent service and company.”

“I missed my boat, and was put on the next available sailing for free.... You can't get that with aeroplanes. Taking the ferry is a wonderful experience, with beautiful panoramic picture puzzle views and lovely seating areas. And the staff are absolutely fantastic. It's a true pleasure travelling on the Wightlink Ferries. Thank you very very much Wightlink.”

“Our trip with a motorhome was so easy, Wightlink ferry terminal was easy to find, loading was a doddle, the ferry was clean and tidy, we sat on the deck in the pets area and Tilly (Jack Russel, not my wife) loved watching the sea. Driving off was quick and easy. The return was just as good. We arrived at the port early and was put on an earlier ferry. Cant wait to go again.”

“our arrival was good, parking on board was made easy for us by Staff, the journey was comfortable with on boar information given to us about safety measures etc, coffee good with refreshments if needed, coming off board was easy, a very pleasant experience, and on the way to Cowes for our break”
