“3 the last 4 times we have travelled we have twice had our sailing time changed - once when we were already on the island & couldn't receive the notification!! one of our altered sailings went 20/25 minutes late. staff on the quay at freshwater unhelpful - almost rude! its lucky for whitelink there is only little competition. friends & family on the island have had numerous problems this year. let us hope you are not damaging the tourist industry on this lovely island too much.”

“I travel to the IOW regularly - 4 to 8 times a year - to visit my best mates who moved there. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the service from Wight Link. We had a car accident on the way to the ferry last year meaning we had to board on foot with all our belongings from our car, the staff on board couldn’t have been more kind even to the point that the car deck manager came and found us to make sure we were all ok. I can’t thank them enough. 10 out of 10 on every journey. Thank you Wight Link.”

“The only thing that was very poor was the service at the cafe outlets it wasn't the staffs fault but the lack of them there was a long queue that built up which only came to an end as we approached the journey end we walked away with out buying anything along with others and as we had a long journey ahead it meant stopping again which hadn't planned to do. As this happened both ways it is time for you to sort this out.”

“Total shambles - Ferry cancelled with one days notice - put onto another booking which didn’t work - re booked onto later ferry which then left port 40 mins late - no notification of late running - no announcements in port while waiting - the couldn’t care less about customers continues”
