“I have used Wightlink for many years to visit family on the island. I have always found their staff to be friendly, efficient and courteous. On occasions when I have missed the ferry due to traffic conditions the staff have always been understanding and, without any fuss, got me on to the next available boat - usually the next one out. The boats themselves are clean and comfortable and refreshments are of good quality. I highly recommend Wightlink.”

“The new ferry Victoria is marvellous. Our only experience on her was in good weather, when the trip was so quiet and smooth that the scenery seems to glide by. The staff throughout the service at ports and on all ferries were helpful and friendly.”

“I use the ferry service from Lymington to Yarmouth. It’s a good service mechanically the ferries are comfortable and on the whole reliable, the staff are friendly and always helpfully . I much prefer this route to any other However £100 for a day return on the weekend in January is outrageous also £200+ for a summer return if it wasn’t so sad would be laughable. Travelling home last Sunday afternoon 12.20 the ferry was 3/4 empty am i supried ! Maybe an out of season fare reduction for weekends and late atfternoon/ evenings”

“Easy to book crossings via the website and sailings on Portsmouth to Fishbourne route have always been hassle free and well organised. Also have been able to amend sailing times easily via the website or at the office when business plans changed on the island at short notice. Overall very easy traveling to and from the island.”
