“Ferries are very clean, staff are always helpful & friendly. Tickets, once ordered, arrive prompt & have clear details on them. No satnav? not a problem as road signs show clear directions to the ferry port.”

“Great terminal in Portsmouth, not so great on the island. Our ferry was on time and the guys at the terminal where happy to bring our crossing forward. Good experience especially as it was the final day in service of the ship we crossed on.”

“On Sunday 27th Jan the staff in there green jackets were poor if only they had walked up and down the rows of cars to let people know what was happening apologising for the delay there would not have been confrontational dissent between customers and staff instead they just avoided as much as they could even when I asked please can you tell me what is happening just kept on walking by very disappointing need more training on customer service”

“The service that I experienced from Wightlink was excellent. Booking on line was very straight forward. The terminal was well signposted and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful.
