“Good Service. Clean ferry. Good facilities. Timely crossing. Only negative is price, which seems excessive for a day return with car. A combined reduced price for a day return would be far more acceptable, which would increase my usage of this service and allow me to visit my daughter, whom lives on the Island, more often.”

“Unpredictable timetable; frequent delays. The ferries are clean, comfortable and more spacious than Red Funnel with a shorter journey time and generally less expensive. The food is poor.”

“I have travelled to the Isle of Wight many times each year and for many years, and I would only choose Wightlink. Their service is faultless. The standard of care,attention, cleanliness & the friendliness of all their staff is second to none. Booking is simple and straightforward and they will keep you up to date of the sailings and any issues due to weather conditions. The facilities on board are great and well thought out. Separate areas for pets and their owners, as well as items to keep children amused during the crossing. A well stocked store offering refreshments and of course coffee or tea.”
