“I travel Lymington/Yarmouth by car with my disabled brother. The care, consideration and help offered by both your shore-based and ferry crew is second to none. I first took my brother to the Island in October 2018 following his Stroke which has impaired his mental and physical ability, really to see whether it was possible and achievable on my own. Wightlink staff make it very, very possible for me as an 85-years old travelling with my 94-years old brother, that it is now becoming a regular event. A sincere thank you to everyone involved in each trip.”

“Would like to see discounts for relatives of islanders who frequently travel to them on the island. I have children at school so most of my travel is in the half term/holidays. I travel to the island at least 10 times a year and would really appreciate some slack on the fares.”

“Well organised set up! Good queuing system, good facilities at the port, pleasant and helpful staff and good facilities on board. Perhaps cordon off dog area to prevent young children running up to dogs- toddlers can move at quite a pace and have no sense of danger. Enjoyable crossing!”
