Hi there I'm sorry you're unhappy with the fare you paid to travel. There are a number of ways customers can save on their vehicle fares. Generally speaking, the earlier you book the lower the fare will be and fares may increase in line with demand for that crossing. This means we're able to offer lower fares for those sailings that fewer customers have reserved, which may be found by being more flexible with dates, routes or times of sailings. It can also be worth visiting our 'Discounts and offers' webpage to see if there's a deal you can take advantage of (hover over the 'Go' menu on our website). A very popular offer is to convert Tesco Clubcard vouchers into Boost tokens as Tesco offer 3 x times the value of vouchers to spend with us. If you tend to stay for longer than a day on the Isle of Wight, it could also be worth checking with your hotel or accommodation provider to see if they offer reduced ferry deals - some may even include ferry travel as part of their packages (we have a section dedicated to our accommodation partners on our website). Finally, you may want to consider signing up on our website to receive our emailed newsletters to be kept informed of various news, events and any special offers we may run from time to time.
