“On one occasion I had measured the height of the van wrong. I was given good advise with no judgement and my ticket was change quickly with no fuss and I did not miss my crossing. On another occasion when I was visiting the main land unfortunate due to unforeseen circumstances I came back to IOW a day early. Again staff were very kind and my ticket was changed with out any fuss.”
