Dear Martin I was sorry to read there was disruption to our services when you travelled and apologise for the poor service you have reported. In general delays are rare and 99.5% of services on our Portsmouth car ferry route were on time last month. I appreciate this will come as little comfort as you were one of the few customers who have been affected. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused by these delays.

“Our booked ferry had to be taken out of service. Given 24 hours notice of re-arranged booking time. Only negative was that wrong contact telephone number was provided in text message! Had to look at orginal booking form to find a telephone number which after 16 mins was not answered, so assumed text message was all ok, which it was.”
