“Our booked ferry had to be taken out of service. Given 24 hours notice of re-arranged booking time. Only negative was that wrong contact telephone number was provided in text message! Had to look at orginal booking form to find a telephone number which after 16 mins was not answered, so assumed text message was all ok, which it was.”

“Original crossing time canceled due to broken ferry but got moved to earlier crossing. On return to mainland we found ourselves nearer Yarmouth then Fishbourne and was able to transfer ticket at no extra cost. Both journeys good, clean and on time”
