“Boarding on and off was so simple there was no delays, and wightlink was so helpful and friendly and made my travel hassle free, boat was very clean and comfortable with plenty of seating areas, unfortunately it was only a day trip to a funeral but wightlink made my day, many thanks and I would highly recommend.”

“Going to The isle of wright I booked already and I said I need space for the lift as wheelchair user when I got there I wasn’t allowed and the wheelchair user had to go as a foot passenger on the ferry which I did not think was nice as I explained in the email and there was no help or anybody around so the first part of journey was nightmare but on the way back all was ok”

“First time we have sailed with Wightlink from Portsmouth to Isle of Wight Staff at both departure points were very pleasant and friendly and on our crossing to Isle of Wight and return journey to Portsmouth we were offered the opportunity to catch an earlier Ferry instead of waiting for the pre-booked departure time. Ferry,s were clean and comfortable and would have no hesitation to recommend this service”
