“Easy to book/amend ferry travel online. Generally run on time with an efficient loading/unloading service. I haven't rated as VG because I think they are very expensive when not booked as part of a holiday package via a trader, plus the lifts don't always go to all levels such as the pet friendly areas.”

“Although I have only once had a problem with the actual service in 50+ years, I feel that the normal sailings are way too expensive and there aren't the same amount of offers as years ago. Also I don't understand why a return visit of over 5 days usually costs more than if I visited for less than 5 days”

“It's not the fastest way to get to the Isle of Wight, but if you want to take your car with you, it's a great way to get there. The ships are relatively new and look much less tired than other ferries (e.g. cross Channel ferries). Clean toilets, clean interior and friendly staff.”
