“Very good - when they are running! There do seem to be quite a lot of 'not sailing’ times. We go regularly to the IOW as we have holiday let cottages there - your passengers as well! It was difficult a couple of weeks back when you cancelled the Saturday morning 8.40 and without a pre-booked ticket, it was touch and go if we got on. We had a business meeting to attend.”

“Excellent day trip to the Isle of Wight last Thursday on Wightlink. Fast, hassle free and on time both there and back. New ship (which we had on the return) was fantastic, and the boat on the way out was clean, spacious and had plenty of amenities too.”

“We received excellent service from Wightlink both from Portsmouth and returning from Fishbourne. On both journeys we arrived early for our sailing, just as the one before ours was about to leave, and both times we were offered the earlier ferry, which we accepted. Staff at check-in we're polite and helpful, also in the port cafe and on board. We would definitely travel with Wightlink again, especially on the new Victoria, it's just like a cruise ship, with amazing outside deck area.”
