“I dropped this company back in October of 2024. I was not satisfied with the quality of service and it was difficult to get a time slot that worked for me to talk with my doctor. The biggest issue I have is that they are $395 per month fee. I complained and they agreed I have left the plan. I explained that they are still charging me and they told me they would take care of it. But I just looked on my credit card statement and they are still charging me. I cannot get through to any phone number. I assume they are going bankrupt. I am very upset they will not respond and owe me over $2000 for fraudulent charges that I have still not been reimbursed.”
“have been a member since 11/24. It started out well with labs and subsequent MD visit. Still have not received my genetics test results after 4 months, which I was told is supposed to direct my care. Basically at this point I’m paying almost $400 for a monthly health coach visit. Voiced my concerns and to date have not heard back from anyone in a leadership position. Great concept, but execution is well below the bar.”
“Not only do they keep charging you after confirming cancellation in email - they actually increased the monthly charge and no won't refund any amount. Very shady.”
“I thought this would be great, but the follow through and follow was as bad as I've ever experienced. The doctor and coach were fine, but they seldom responded or followed up after appointments and questions (the support team). They don't seem to have staff to support follow up. I stopped after three months because of tge lack if follow up and support. Much worse than expected.”
“they claim to offer primary care but they do not provide it. even after meeting with a doctor and a specialist I was and unable to get a prescription for a pre-existing condition AND I called them in advance before I joined to address this issue. If you have no other health issues, they are great but for supplemental care ONLY”
“Furious customer. It took 3 months for a doctor visit to be available. I repeatedly expressed my desire to cancel as I was getting no benefit. Was given the run around, lied to, misled, etc. I thought given the price that I could expect a high level of service. Disappointed that isn’t true.”
“Unfortunately, I was unimpressed. The assessment of my health report had some gaping holes in it and I got recommendations that went contrary to many of the best longevity and "precision medicine" MDs out there. It was helpful to have the report though because I was able to use it to get some great advice elsewhere. Overall, I felt the assessment was not thoughtful or based on an approach that was humble, innovative, or data driven.”
