“Our household is a bit split. We do agree that service has been great, ordering has been easy and delivery prompt 😀 The split is over the (subjective) overall quality of the wine, which could be a 4 or 5. So great job, thanks very much.”

“A good buy. For the first time ever (from memory) all the wine I ordered (4 cases) was delivered to the correct address at the same time. Delivery took just six days including Easter. Ordering was simple, information on the wine useful. Well done Winesale!”

“Excellent customer service including delivery communication and performance. A great pity therefore that at least one wine recently purchased fell way short of its description and our expectation. Absolute shocker. Plonk would be a better term to describe it.”
