“the work carried out was of a high standard. However I still see high moisture readings in the area of work carried out. I am assuming that this needs to dry.
thanks
Chris Redgrave”
Hi Chris...thank you for your review. You are correct. Its does need a bit of time to dry out. However, please do get in touch if you feel after a couple of months that your issue has not been resolved.
Kind regards,
TeamWISE
“The service received was excellent the staff who handled my enquiry were polite friendly and very helpful. the appointment made for the surveyor to call to examine the problem was on time. The workmen who carried out the work carried out their work with no fuss and removed all the rubble and left the place tidy. I would have no problem recommending this company to friends and family”
“My experience was that Wise were very professional, and very thorough. They managed to very quickly deal with the wet rot problem in my roof which had left my house exposed to the elements. The team who worked on my job were very polite and tidy with the work completed ahead of schedule.”
“Wise Property Care performed work above and beyond their remit. Due to some legacy issues from a previous owner we were left with a major damp problem with water seeping in under the floor at the back door of our property. Wise Property Care, though they had already been to the property and resolved earlier issues elsewhere on the ground floor, returned and inserted an anti flood drain and made the area damp proof. The damp proof specialist (Mark) was very professional and worked very quickly resolve the problem.
Thanks Wise Property Care!”

“The workmen turned up on time and completed the work to a very high standard. Protected the room and cleared up after leaving no mess. Explained what they were doing and why this would remedy the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend Wise Property Care.”
“When we originally arranged for the woodworm treatment to be done, there was some confusion over confirmation and dates, but thereafter communication was good and prompt. On the day, the work was carried out efficiently, and we trust that the results will speak for themselves.
Overall we were very pleased.”

“The work on our property was carried out in a very safe manner. The quality of work was very high, and I was very surprised to have it completed in 3 days due to the extant of the damage. I would recommend wise property care, to friends and family as they carried out the work in a professional manner and were very informative when questions were asked.”
“This is the second time we have contracted Wyse to fix dry rot problems in our house.
Generally the workmen have been very good and professional but the finish of their work has been hampered, and less than perfect, due to time pressures of having to move on to to other work. For example: the first plastering by an excellent plasterer has cracked - this shouldn't happen; gaps are left between walls and new wood facing.
While these may appear small matters, for a bill of over £5,000 for three and a half days work we would expect them to be sorted and not left to the householder to fix for themselves. We would not recommend Wyse to anybody else as they do not provide value for money.”
