I REALLY wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. First of all, the reason I ordered was because I got $20 off order for applying for credit card, so I purchased a posture bra and ordered the same size I always wear but when I got it was WAY too big. I called to set up return and they only refunded me for the price of bra (not taxes or shipping I paid) and it was a gift card to them!!! Return policy states "full refund" and "no return shipping costs"....LIES!!! I spent over $8 to open a package....REALLY!!! Their response to peoples reviews are pretty much...sorry we'll try to do better....what a joke. I cancelled the credit card because they will never see another penny from me. Do not waste your hard working money with this company!!!

This company is geared towards plus size women, yet they can't sell shirts that are longer then 30 inches. Why, plus size women do not want their belly hanging out or their butt. Make the shirts longer than 30 inches.

Company allows return up to 60 days. But, they require that they receive the item by day 60 (not that customer initiate return by day 60). Their return agent takes so long to deliver item to them that return item doesn't get to them by day 60. Then, they keep your money and your merchandise. Avoid this scam company.

The order was lost. They refunded my account then charged it again over a month latter. Package finally showed up. Was not allowed to return them because it was after 70 days of the original order date. Yet it was with in two weeks after they charged my card again and less than 60 days when received! Terrible CS!

Ordered cloths for my sister, unfortunately she passed and was told by customer service I could return items for credit not refund. I figured I would order stuff for myself, called a few weeks later and they said they don't give credit or refunds on items over 60 days! That is NOT what they told me on the phone when I returned the items, they are now claiming that they would have returned the items. Now I'm out over a $150 of cloths because I never got them back. And and they said was sorry!!! Going to the better business bureau..and telling EVERYONE NEVER BUY FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES...

Tried to cancel order placed in error the previous day. They said it was already processed and told me to refuse delivery when it comes. Then they backordered the item until June 2022. It is a WINTER JACKET!

I ordered a coat and it was to big so I sent it back . I did the same with a second coat that was to big. They gave me a partial refund for one coat and nothing for the second, now they sent me a bill for two coats I don’t even have because I sent them both back. I filed a claim against them with the BBB and Comminity Bank.

Ordered a full bathing suit instead of just the top by mistake. The restocking fee and postage to return the item costs more than the item itself. Do not order on-line from this company unless you are positive the item is right for you.

After waiting 5 months, I finally got the shirt I ordered, I did order a size up to fit the arm length. I, then, ordered another shirt to take advantage of the "40%off" special they gave me for the long wait. They sent me my bag with my address label on it. Only the WRONG order was in there. Nothing was mine. It was for Las Vegas, Nevada, not Ohio (my state)...The invoice had the person's personal info. I spent an hour ONline chat with customer service. The kid or robot posted "Alrighty then" ( not cool) I never got that last shirt -even after I returned the wrong items.... They wanted me to re-order the shirt that went missing. No way --- now, they keep sending me emails, saying I "left something in my bag" and to "take advantage of another 40% off" what I left in my cart scam..... There's nothing in my cart/bag. Yeah, can you say POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES... Very thankful I never got their company credit card.. I got my refund back through paypal. They need to have a class action suit on them or an investigation.

My husband bought several T shirts for Christmas. After Christmas I try them on their way too big for the size they claim they are. We we return them and got .90 cents credit For over a $100 worth of clothing. The return policy is horrible we've never seen a return policy so poor. It appears they don't care about their customers Or a product quality at all. Buyer beware!

I ordered a very large order, over $300. As I submitted the I order an email came up for free shipping. I immediately emailed them and received no response. I called when I got home and I was told by 3 people that the I ordered was being processed and they cannot do anything. Ok...I have been a customer for 40 years, this will be my FINAL ORDER and I WILL BE SENDING THE ENTIRE ORDER BACK. So this company is willing to lose a loyal customer over the cost of shipping. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Woman Within has run charges through my account on several occasions that upon calling them, they could not explain what the charges were for. I also ordered a pair of leggings that were $37. 00, and upon checking my order history, the charge was over $60.00. I called immediately, and waited forever to speak to a rep, and he fixed the charge. I recently saw a charge of $17.08 in my account from Woman Within that they couldn't explain. The rep and I went through every order in my history, and there wasn't an item for that amount. I had to file a dispute with my bank, because the rep couldn't or wouldn't refund the fictitious charge. If you order from Woman Within, be vigilant about matching your order history to what they actually charge you.

Item missing from my order. I tried to reach out through CHAT but it would say “trying to connect you to the person that can help you” and then it never connects or it disconnects. I work 2 jobs and trying to call is impossible.

I ordered a gift with express delivery in mid December. It was suppose to be delivered before Christmas. It’s January now and the only thing I’m getting from Woman Within is the run-around and a lot of email ads.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is not horrible it is NON-EXISTENT!!! Returned two orders and even though I sent them back using their label, they charged me $9.95 for EACH RETURN! This was for shipping and handling. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

You are not sorry to hear anything. Cheating customers and saying you care is oxymoron.Remember God is watching you cheat all of these people. Should be ashamed of your self. I learned my lesson on first order. I will so my part to spread the word. Sent out emails to fall of my clients. Also throwing all catalogs that come in my clients mail. Yes I am authorized to do so. 😪

Don't purchase through Woman Within unless you want to experience poor customer service. Since early October I have been waiting for a simple order to be fulfilled, white sneakers with pink lettering. Twice I received black sneakers. I have placed several phone calls and months of attempting to get my order, to no avail. Not even a response from Ms. Erica Aquayo the Director of Customer Relations or an admin to ease this now stressful situation. The cherry on top, was when I received a bill this week to pay for 2 pair of sneakers, that I did not order. After multiple discussions and working with the supervisors to identify root cause, the delay has nothing to do with a shipping backlog but rather an automaton issue with the warehouse. No attempts have been made to correct my situation other than, we can reorder, which I have no confidence of obtaining my sneakers or even to offer any type of compensation (such as free shipping for returning the black sneakers, I had to request it, seriously?) for the continual SNAFUS. I have had to make many phone calls, relay my situation every single time and still not have my issue resolved. While this was a small order, throughout the years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars through the many brands within their corporate umbrella, such as Romans, Jessica London, Brylanehomes, and even Woman Within, etc. Due to the lacck of professionalism and undue stress, I have no choice but to no longer be a consumer for Woman Within and potentially the multiple brands within their corporation.
