Don't purchase through Woman Within unless you want to experience poor customer service. Since early October I have been waiting for a simple order to be fulfilled, white sneakers with pink lettering. Twice I received black sneakers. I have placed several phone calls and months of attempting to get my order, to no avail. Not even a response from Ms. Erica Aquayo the Director of Customer Relations or an admin to ease this now stressful situation. The cherry on top, was when I received a bill this week to pay for 2 pair of sneakers, that I did not order. After multiple discussions and working with the supervisors to identify root cause, the delay has nothing to do with a shipping backlog but rather an automaton issue with the warehouse. No attempts have been made to correct my situation other than, we can reorder, which I have no confidence of obtaining my sneakers or even to offer any type of compensation (such as free shipping for returning the black sneakers, I had to request it, seriously?) for the continual SNAFUS. I have had to make many phone calls, relay my situation every single time and still not have my issue resolved. While this was a small order, throughout the years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars through the many brands within their corporate umbrella, such as Romans, Jessica London, Brylanehomes, and even Woman Within, etc. Due to the lacck of professionalism and undue stress, I have no choice but to no longer be a consumer for Woman Within and potentially the multiple brands within their corporation.
