I placed an order on 10/13/2022 and gave visa card number to pay for it. They issued their card and bill came much later. I returned one item and reordered and we expected the return would be credit to my account. Wrong! They send letter for a gift card. Took many call to get them to apply gift card to account. In the process I was charge over $61 for past due fees which I pay all my bills the next day after I get my bill. They did drop fees to $39 but I did not owe it. I cut up their card.

The operator admitted on the phone that the pants I ordered were described as "pure cotton" in the catalog but were actually 90% polyester/10% nylon, that it was a "misprint", but they took no responsibility. She flatly refused to give me her name or pass me to a supervisor. What a waste of time and money.

Ordered solid blue Heather leggings. From woman within. And what I received was blue with white stripes. The fit was long also. Seems like they ran out of the item and just looked for another item to replace it. Very disappointed. Not the softest like before either.

Their customer service is a joke, couldn't understand anything the girl was saying. Both items I ordered were wrong, I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a coat, ordered a sleepshirt and they sent me the wrong one. The girl I spoke to the 3rd time, sent me a label to print out. I don't have a printer. I asked her to send me a label through the mail,she said she couldn't do that. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Terrible customer service, dont even deserve 1 star! Tried exchanging same item for different size! Nightmare, and I then choose to just get a refund. They have returned item, I have NO REFUND, this has been going on since 11/15/2022. This comapny is a SCAM evidently every time I call they tell me 3-5 days. NEVER AGAIN

I ordered 2 pairs of pants and 2 sweatshirts for my blind 90 year old mother. She received 1 pair of pants, 2 shorts and a camisole. I called customer service asking for a refund or for them to send correct products. I explained that my mother was incapable of returning the items, but that they should make this right. They refused to make any exceptions to their policy. The time frame in which I can get someone to help her return the product, is out of the range for refunds. Very unhappy and frustrated.

Shipping is Sooooo Slow, with Fed. Ex. Customer Service was Extremely Rude, Denied me a Supervisor! I finally called back a second time, denied again, got another fit specialist that her tone of voice wss Rude, but got a supervisor, shipping issues, supervisor was unhelpful Good Riddance. Good bye to faded itchy cloths

Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Most of the items I've purchased have been very nice, but the occasional defective or substandard item is cause for much wrangling and numerous calls to deal with the problem. And God forbid you ask for a price adjustment because you bought from online choices and forgot to enter the catalogue number instead. As someone who worked retail for many years, I know that a good company will do its best to accommodate a customer. That's just good business and creates repeat customers. But Woman Within is not such a company. I'm done with WW and all of its brands and have asked not to have any more catalogues sent to me, saving not just a tree but an entire forest, considering all the materials they inundate me with. And I will most happily buy elsewhere.

STAY AWAY from this company! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They charge you a shipping fee to get your merchandise and also when you return i, no matter what form of return you use. I drove 60 miles round trip to their "RETURN BAR" at Ulta Beauty. They STILL charged me another 10.00 convenience fee to get my money back. Hmmmm bought 28.00 worth of items, which did not fit and poorly made. Paid 10.80 to ship. Returned to their shipping location and then they hit me with another 10.00 fee. What a rip off!

placed an order in October. As of 11-21 still not shipped. Keep getting told 2 -3 day shipping. I would like the order canceled (said they couldnt). If needed will contact the bank and dispute the charges. Never again

I placed in order on Nov 3rd and the money was charged immediately. Yesterday Nov 10th I got my money refunded because “ I didn’t have enough funds “ then today woman within took out the money again and sent me an order confirmation and said that my order shipped out on the 8th and I was never sent a confirmation on the 8th I tried to contact the company about this but they were rude and unhelpful about the situation and I will never buy from this company ever again and neither should you .

Was turned over to collections for their mistake. Returned 2 items was told could not exchange for a smaller size because I used PPal. Had to be a refund. I go postal notification and WW notification items were received. Still no refund. Called and emailed to no avail. After this went on for weeks I contacted PP. They contacted the company and in less than a week I was refunded by PPal. WEEKS later a refund from WW. NOTmy fault. They have never contacted my by mail to ask anything just turned me over to collections for their underhanded practices. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COPANY.

Purchased 3 Blouses on August 1 for a Christmas present unfortunately the person they were purchased for passed away. Women within would not let me return them because it was beyond the 60 day told me to donate them.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots from their website. Both pairs were $43.99, quite expensive for a man made material, but beggers can't be choosers when it comes to a WW size 12 foot. They also offered a 40% off your highest item. One pair worked great, the other quite small. I was expecting to be able to return the bad pair for $43.99 but they are only letting me return them for $26.39 and not letting me use the 40% on the pair I am keeping. Their CS reps are rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. I will not give the compamy my business any longer. There are more companies stepping up the plus size market that I no longer need to give my business to an inconsiderate, hayeful business! They will be their own demise!

Return policy is incredibly complicated. You need to call them and request a "return number" which is 19 digits long, and then ask for a PIN number which is 4 digits long. This is to enable you to redeem an "e-card" credit. From 4 separate returns I was only able to redeem one. They told me that I had used up the other three. NOT SO. I am out about $140. Also their shipping charges are outrageous. I am DONE with them.

My elderly mother has been shopping with them for many years. Always pays her bill. She paid her bill in full, last month (via phone) They sent her a bill for $2 & change. She was not happy. She called, they told her that interest had Accrued after the phone payment. Weird? She refused to pay it. They sent her a notice of collections. Threatening to send this to all of the credit bureaus. That is just so petty! It cost them more in time and effort/postage to send this notice. I hope they realize that she has nothing better to do than tell all of her friends. They all shop there too. I can’t imagine they’d trust this business. I told her to just pay the final amount, cancel her account and tell her story to all of the ladies in her retirement community.
