“This used to be a good company. Now shipping and customer service have gone severely downhill. Items ordered don’t ship until almost a month ... and you can’t cancel your order during that time period. By the time you actually get your order, seasons have changed and you don’t need anymore. Customer service line transfers you endlessly until you finally get disconnected. Live Chat is NEVER available.”
“I ordered several items from Woman Within and received someone else package. After back and forth they sent my package 2 months later and then sent me a check.
Four months after that that fraudently withdrew 1113.06 from my account without telling me or nothing.
You can not communicate with this stupid company but they will STEAL YOUR MONEY.
DO NOT ORDER USING YOUR OWN CREDIT CARD. USE PAY PAL. This company will withdraw money you didn't authorize.

“Company advertised falsely. I made a order on April 23, 2021. I had a confirmation and was told that order would be shipped in 2 to 4 days. I was also told that items usually arrive in 8 to 12 business days. It is now May 11,. 2021. and my items have not shipped. It appears this is a site wide problem.”

“When you place an order with Women Within answer the phone immediately, but when you have a problem you get left on the phone for over a half hour I had bad service was hung up on and the problem was never resolved I've been a customer for over 5 years and I've always paid my bill on time the accommodations for their errors are constantly ignored.”

“ordered a dress on 3/24 and have never received it. This morning I discovered a $14 charge that was put on my account yesterday. I think it might be for shipping however I did not realize the shipping charge was based on the amount of the order ($82). Every time I call customer service I get the recording that basically says they are too busy and I get cut off. Is this a legitimate company???? “Placed order early March. Was “in process” for 3 weeks and they would not cancel order because of that status. Said they would include shipping label for free return. Did not include shipping label. Already paid original shipping of $16.99 for an order I cancelled! Still trying to reach customer service. Mysteriously got disconnected 2x while they were looking into issue and I am again on hold now for 45 min. Will never use this company or any associated companies such as Catherine’s, roamans etc. What a rip off company. A person should be able to cancel an order BEFORE it is shipped!”
