Called yesterday 6.15.21 and was told I would receive the items by the last week of this month (June) or the 1st week of next month (July) or "sooner". The sooner had me rolling on the floor laughing. Would like to have those items before the short window of opportunity (Northwest summers) slams closed.”

“After reading all the reviews I see why I'm having such a problem with these people. I placed an order for $158.00 July 2nd 2021 and it hasn't even been shipped yet. I've called them numerous times only to be told they can't cancel my order. I talked to a supervisor and was told the same thing. I'm beyond furious! I am however, a very determined person and if I have to sit on the phone all day to get to the bottom about this company. I'm going to call the BBB, the corporate office which I have yet to find a number for and of course my bank to tell them to block any payments from them. I'll keep at it for all of us ladies until I have exhausted ally options!”
“I ordered items on their clearance with an expected ship date of 7 to 10 days. My order was placed 5/6/21, therefore, it should have shipped by 5/16/21. The first part of my order arrived in early June. The last item (via email from Woman Within) was shipped on 6/4/21 with an expected delivery date of 6/12/21. I get emails saying it is in transit and then an email saying it is delayed and will arrive on 6/14/21. It did not arrived - I check the USPS tracking no. (which I did not get until 6/13). The item has not yet been received by USPS; they are awaiting receipt. I feel Woman Within has lied from the get go. I have spoken with so called Customer Service agents who do not know the first thing about customer service. The item was on final clearance - Why? Final clearance indicates you are clearing out old stock for new stock. You would not then, therefore, need to back order it! I feel the reason they put things on Final Clearance is their policy of not accepting returns or refunds for inferior products. A deceptive business practice, ergo, a lie. I have ordered from this company many times in the last 20 years. They have progressively gotten worse. What started out as a viable, reputable company has degenerated into something I no longer wish to have dealings with.”

If you do get to speak to someone, they can't do anything for you even if your order wasn't shipped. This is 2021 people! No decent company takes weeks to ship orders. Now after another 2 wks rec’d notice it has shipped however tracking suggests it takes at least 3 days from the time the label is created to when the package leaves. Absolutely the worst customer experience.”
“Never again!!!!! Ordered pants very much needed for my 87 yr old mom. Took forever to receive. Poor fit/poor quality so I returned. Over two weeks later customer service says they haven't received them but refund will be issued after they do. Trying to track return on their website is worthless. Emails to them go unanswered or a blanket email is sent back. Never ever again will I order from them and neither should you”
“I will NEVER order from this company again!! I've been waiting for this order forever. Attempted to check the order status and the system said my receipt had been sent to my email. That clearly did not answer my question.
The customer service individuals are nice but they basically are reading from scripts. When you call you can hear lots of others talking in the background. They cannot help much.
I receive more than one email from WW daily attempting to sell me additional items ... IT'S OVERWHELMING. They take your money quickly but your order is coming by way of a "snail trail." I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. NEVER AGAIN. A displeased customer.”

I called customer service for a full refund and she told me that I would not be able to receive it until June 17th. This is totally unacceptable and I am not pleased at all. “If there was a zero rating I would have given it to them. Made an order in March received it April 14th sent it back April 16th never heard from them kept trying to get a hold of them finally somebody wrote and said it was received on May 12th. However nothing has been adjusted on my credit card and I'm still supposed to be paying payments or they can charge me up to $40 a month for a late payment what kind of gimmick is that? As soon as this is straightened out I'm closing my account and ripping up that card they will never have my business again”

After waiting almost two weeks for my order to be shipped, and no correspondence other than one email saying the orders were processing slower than usual, I called to cancel my order. They refused, saying once an order is in process they couldn't cancel it. The call center was in the Philippines. The man I spoke to was rude and just kept repeating the same response. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they simply put me on hold and no one ever came to the phone. The reviews on their website are positive but are terrible on other sites. Buyer beware!!!!”

“I placed an order weeks ago and received a notice it would arrive between 5/14 and 5/18. It is still not here and every time i called to check status it just said we can not take your call right now. When i finally got through to "someone" she was hard to understand but i think she said something about Pitney Bowes and West Valley City. I have now been on hold 51 minutes. What is wrong with this company. I wanted to order more things after I got my first product to check quality etc. I can not believe this mess. 2-3 weeks for US delivery and it does not come???”
“I wish I had never placed the order. Very quick to take the money and very slow to ship the order. Shipping is $19.99 - most of any company I've ever dealt with. Can't find or track an order online. When it does come, clothing is cheap and not worth the price. Customer service is a joke. It took over two months to get a response. It costs $10 to return something and get the money back or else you have to settle for a gift card. I returned some items but doubt I'll ever see the gift card. But I WILL be flooded with their never ending catalogs. Save your money and your sanity - shop somewhere else.”

“I purchased two sweaters at over $ 40 bucks each in March 2021. I returned both items 1 week later, only to be placed on hold for over 70 minutes each time I tried to reach out to the merchant. Finally out desperation I contacted the place an order department and was told " they could not tell me if my return had been received because they did not have access to that information" I asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for over 10 more minutes then hung-up on. I will advise All of my friends and family not to do business with none of the companies in this joke of a business. They are totally unprofessional and they lie and cheat their customers.”
